Dont mind me im just writing this so i can keep track of my symptoms and how i feel.
Feel free to comment, take the piss or add your own experiance of being on AD's.

Woke up feeling shitty after a restless night.
Jaw hurts so bad due to teeth grinding and tensness.
Head killing me.
Dragged myself dowstairs to find two cards on the doorstep.
One from anon Thread here
One from the amazing OJ and family.
Big grin, cant take it off face this day has started how i mean to go on.
People are amazing and i need to remember that.
Filled with love. x

oh babe dont even worry about the side effects they will dissapear in a couple of days x

I started citalopram at the end of september/beginning october, doc put me on 20mg....my side effects were horrid

dizziness
nausea
headache
grinding of teeth and jaw
sweating
insomina

it stopped after a week or so, but the tablets are not an overnight cure...
i am now on 40mg have been for about 6 weeks and do feel better, didnt have any side effects when the dosage was upped and was surprised

Seem to be in a better mood today!
Proberly to do with the birhday cards i recieved im really happy today.
Boys are already downstairs and eating breakfast before 11 and shocked at being out of there room before midday!

Crikey - I'm a hard core Druggie then , I've been on Citalopram or Cipralex (now on Cipralex - much better) for 4 years! Although It's not for depression, it's for anxiety/panic attacks.

Good luck to all of you, keep taking them, the initial side effects won't last.

secret my doc told me it can take up to 6 weeks to start having an effect

Going to take it this evening if it makes me anywhere near as ired as yesterday then i should get a good nights sleep for the first time in months!

Yeah babes i found it better taking it at night i always take mine at 7pm im upping mine tonight to 20mg so dreading the side affects

Im already on 20mgs He started me on it didnt know there was a ten!

yeah they started me on 10mg to lessen the side affects been on those now for 2 weeks so have been told to up it now
