OP posts:
whispywhisp · 09/06/2008 15:58

Well if you've slept that long you obviously needed the sleep! About time with the amount of sleepless nights you've had. Your body is finally catching up.

Make yourself a big strong coffee and find yourself some choccie. That'll give you a kick.

So what have you got planned for tea for you and the kids WR?

Me? Its mashed spud, carrots, sweetcorn and broccoli with Cumberland Sausages. I've got two hungry children waiting patiently at the table so best go and dish it up!

thewiltedrose · 09/06/2008 16:51

Toast.

And thats only if i can go into my kitchen again

Theres ants everywhere.

Here i made a thread

OP posts:
whispywhisp · 09/06/2008 20:28

Right then...so going back to your OP...how has your day been with your ADs?

thewiltedrose · 09/06/2008 21:00

Ah yes right! you found th point of the thread!

Well i woke up really early at about 8ish and felt fine, then 10 came and i started feeling really really drowsy and fell back to sleep. Cue being jumped on by a hungry ds1 its now 3 o clock! Felt rough as hell but got up and came downstairs where i kind of launged around trying to work up the energy to clean. By now i was sweating so bad i thought i was going to melt and i still felt tired. Also hayfever was going haywire so i could barely open my eyes and was sneezing every 20 seconds

So all in all i cant tell what was the AD's, what was the hayfever and what was just general tiredness and crappyness

Hi all you suffers out there!!

I have suffered with PND for the last 2 half years, been on various different AD but since having my 2nd daughter 4 months ago I am now on Mirtazpine 30mg (taken at night) and 75mg of Venlafaxine (taken with breakfast) and I can honestly say I haven't felt this well for years, If you need a pill to help you feel better, don't be ashamed, swallow it and feel great, I do!!

thewiltedrose · 09/06/2008 21:03

hehe thaanks han! Its not that kind of thread but thanks for sharing your story!

OP posts:
whispywhisp · 09/06/2008 22:57

Hiya...yes I did remember the point of the thread, thanks! We did all go for a bit of a wander, didn't we???

So you've had a toughie day today then WR? Have you managed to get outside at all..even just for a short walk to get some fresh air? By the sounds of it you're struggling with hayfever - what are you taking to help? I'm finding Benadryl really good for me.

So did you manage to get into your kitchen and get something to eat?

xxx

OP posts:
whispywhisp · 10/06/2008 12:09

Hiya WR. Good to hear you're ok. Have a go at the kitchen. You might even find you'll feel even better once you've attacked it! The ants can go pack their bags and annoy someone else! xx

TheodoresMummy · 10/06/2008 13:55

how many days have you been taking the ADs now TWR ?

are you still feeling good today ?

thewiltedrose · 10/06/2008 14:16

7 days today TM and yes feeling a bit mroe active during the day now when im not sleeping

Comes in bursts but im hoping it will start to get longer as time goes on!

OP posts:
whispywhisp · 10/06/2008 17:09

Daft question this, I know, but do you drink plenty of water?

thewiltedrose · 10/06/2008 17:31

I dont drink water.
Ive been meaning to get a water filter but never have the money.

I drink whatever i have in the house but not tapwater.

OP posts:
whispywhisp · 10/06/2008 17:38

Why not tap water? With this heat plus you struggling with hayfever water is so good for you. I tend to forget about drinking water - until I get a headache and then remember we should all drink gallons of the stuff every day! Drinking more water may help you feel better in yourself too.

So how has your day been today? Any easier? How have the boys been?

thewiltedrose · 10/06/2008 18:36

I think im dying

Face is bright red and im melting and sweating because of the tumble dryer.

Kitchens done!! SPOTLESS!!

Only rooms that are messy are the boys and they'll only take 10 mins each!

Oh damn....

12 nags of washng left to do

OP posts:
thewiltedrose · 11/06/2008 11:22
