That’s it.
life is becoming unbearable.
I have great job. I was happily married until yesterday. It all came tumbling down.
I know I’ve lost it all now.
its 2am and I don’t know what to do.

@ShellieL I identify with so much of what you say about being menopausal and not knowing who you are any more. I am certainly finding it much more difficult to cope with things which I sailed through pre-menopause. It is a very difficult time for so many women and I'd really urge you to keep talking to your GP about possibly starting HRT, or seek out some menopause groups online where you can chat to other women in the same boat.
