Please tell me that mine isnt the only house that looks like a compete shit-hole?!?! I'm sick to death of all the crap everywhere. DD's toys and clothes that she just dumps everywhere. dp's clothes on the floor that he cant be bothered to pick up and wash. No matter how many times i tidy it the house looks awful and its really getting me down. I dread anybody knocking on the door because its too embarassing to open it! I know you cant expect to have a toddler and an immaculate house but surely not this bad??? I dont know anyone else with little ones so i havent had any other experience of it. I've just filled a black bag with a load of toys pens figures and chucked it out and thats only one room!! Do you think it would be cruel to throw it all away? (obviously not all of her stuff!!)

Dh is good Juniperdewdrop - when he's here - he works away a lot and will start jobs then have to go away to work (only comes home every second weekend) and it just seems to take forever to get things done) He can turn his hand to most things though apart from plumbing and electrics and one of the guys I know through work is a plumber - he fitted my new bathroom suite and done all the plumbing and fitting for my new shower. Bathroom is now looking really good - just bath panel to be fitted and Dh has promised to do that at weekend cos he's home this weekend. Think I'll spend weekend sleeping - this working lark is too tiring

Does any one have the problem of about 6 crates full of bits of toys, ther are quite a lot of important parts of games jigsaws and lego that I don't want to throw out but can't face sorting them out. Have similar boxes for living room etc. from when I have had visitors and just shoved it all in thinking I will sort it later.

Spent money fitting out wardrobe interior but 3 months later I can't get to wardrobe due to mountain of clothes (clean) in front of it. DD thinks its hilarious when I send her in to find school jumper etc.
