Just wanted to say I have just tried the SHOUT text service and didn't find it helpful at all , in fact I'm not sure it was even a real person I "spoke " with

thanks. I have cobtacyed them once but they were clearly overwhelmed by demand and after the auto reply i heard nothing for 12 hours. Feels like there's a lot of demand 😕
