Hi all
Well I've picked up my prescription for citalopram I'm hoping to start taking it tomorrow morning but I'm already really anxious about it 😢
Anyone want to hold my hand

@ that's great well done I know meds help a huge amount of people but they are definitely not for everyone
I've been on the propranolol for 3 months and it's been a god send they have really really helped me to keep calm the 1st few days I had really cold hands and feet which is a known side effect but that was it since then no problem at all I wish I had tried them in the very beginning
