Been "escorted" to hospital by the police chasing your ambulance?

Been told by the psych team you're fine and there's nothing they can do?

Pull up a pew and have a w(h)ine. No judgement.

My name's swiss and I'm borderline. 2 weeks ago I was taken to hospital with a police escort and discharged 12 hours later. A follow-up appointment with the clinical director of the mental health services ticked a box or two but they've no plans to see me again.

I'm off to see my new GP tomorrow to ask for help (attention seek bien sur).

Sorry we've been moving house things got better now a bit worse but not as bad sorry to all still suffering.

I have a counselling appointment in a few weeks I've never had any so I'm sort of hopeful it may work nothing to lose at this point, my gp thinks it might as the cmht discharged me and he's at a stand still of not knowing what to do as I breastfeed so doesn't want to up my ad or change me to something else.

I am having a really shit time. I'm a single mum and I've broken my foot, can hardly walk. Am on crutches. Aripirizole us making me sick, reacting with my painkillers. I'm still up because I've got stomach pain and a burning throat. All of this and I'm in the middle of a master's degree. Can't cope :(

element He's a GP who has done a course to help people with PD's as has an interest in PD's in general which is good I think. So perhaps he's not written me off as utterly hopeless just yet. I think he feels that as the psych unit aren't able to support me he's going to do the best he can himself.

Bumping this, can't cope with starting new thread atm but this was good, soemtimes feel more worthless as cant just "go and get help". Nice to share tips and encouragement with others let down by the system.
