That's marvellous about your current burst of energy, Merivel. Even if you have to pay for it later, family events and a day off with DH are exactly the times you want a little extra oomph.

Am trying to find a cheaty free online recording to listen to La Triomphe de la Republique - the date of 1793 is . Not some retrospective piece or pretentious use of concepts the composer doesn't really understand, then...

M you have fine taste! I have a piece of veritable Whitby jet, shodatin. I think it's the first jewellery DP ever bought me, from a bloke who'd collected and carved the jet himself and was selling it by the harbour. This is dreadfully pretentious, but I wanted it because the plot of AS Byatt's Possession (a favourite read) involves two pieces of Whitby jet.

Still some bird song in the cybergarden, though I think it's the thrush not the nightingale this time. HF and ndt curled up indoors, and the beagle snoring loudly, so songstress should be safe.
