I'm going away soon but before I go I just wanted to say

Good bye and thak you to all those who have shown me such kindness and compassion over the past few years.

Its been a bumpy road but I'm at journeys end.

memoo I don't know you but I remember your thread from about a month ago - you had a blip then too, but remember how happy you were when you were just sitting with your DD watching CBeebies and feeling happy. All those moments and even more amazing onces are still to come. Please call the samaritans, and please call someone in RL, anyone!

Memoo, chat with us Memoo.... You have friends here. You know we'll do hand holding if you need it. We break the rule and do big hugs. We do encouraging to get the help you need. You've had downs but you've had a lot of ups as well.

Your message sounded pretty scary. Can you tell us what's happening Memoo? We do care about you.
