Good bye and thak you to all those who have shown me such kindness and compassion over the past few years.

Its been a bumpy road but I'm at journeys end.

Not sure if you're reading this, but this time last year I was in a very dark place and considered hurting myself as I couldn't see a way out.

Please - it can get better, there is a way forward.

speak to somebody, phone the Samaritans, just don't do anything stupid.

Memoo, are you reading this? We are worried about you. Is your DH there? You never 'big yourself up' when you make positive strides. And you have. I know from seeing you on here you've fought some battles and you win. Please contact those who can help you?
