I'm going away soon but before I go I just wanted to say

Good bye and thak you to all those who have shown me such kindness and compassion over the past few years.

Its been a bumpy road but I'm at journeys end.

Memoo, I hope this is a cry for help - please don't do anything to hurt yourself. There is a way out, it may not be easy but it will ultimately lead to you being happy.

Memoo, I don't know your backstory but honestly, at the end of last week I felt like you say you are feeling. I was torn between asking for someone to come and section me and doing something dangerous.

I feel a lot better now. Not 100% but better. But that's because I've had the right help. I really hope you're OK.

memoo - I hope you are still around - I hope you phoned the Samaritans - and I really hope that someone who knows you in RL gets to you and stops you from doing something really tragic.

Same email from MNHQ - little they can do, limited contact details, wouldn't normally call emergency services out because Internet being Internet never certain what's happening.

Memoo, I don't know you or your back story. I hope you and your DC are safe right now, and that you are able to contact someone In RL for support through this challenging time.

There are a lot of people offering support and hugs here - hope you feel able to post when things are calmer, reassure everyone that you're ok and seek support.

In RL consider Samaritains, Crisis team, A&E. .

Email was fairly clear on the limits of what they can do. Hope Memoo is ok, reading this and talking a step back to think things through.

Memoo, I know what it feels like to think there is no other option. I know what it feels like to be completely alone and unable to talk to anyone about how you feel.

You have come on here. People are reaching out to you. Please, do as I did, think of your dcs - they need their mummy. They need you.

However dark it gets they are the light that keeps shining and showing us the way back from the edge.

Please speak to someone, if you are blessed with friends then they will gladly help, there are people on here who would happily speak to you now.

Memoo, I don't know you nor your back story but people here, myself included, want to help. Please listen to the advice you have been given and phone the Samaritains or speak to someone in RL.

You take care and reach out and ask for help.
