Trying to keep it together for now. Major problems with massively entitled, passive aggressive oh, which keep coming up. Been going on and off for 20 yrs (the problems).

Have bi-polar, which is generally under control, but know I have to be careful, particularly during stress, when I can't sleep.

Am back in that cycle where I wake up at 4 in the morning, almost bang on, as if by alarm clock. Any thoughts? Any poor sod up like me?

Got my Mum and sdad coming, cos tis my birthday on Monday. Are you a Pisces too Isis?

ChildofIsis · 18/03/2012 17:50

Indeed I am, and so are most of my closest friends. I seem to attract pisces friends.
Mind you lots of men I'm friends with are taurean like xh, what is that telling me?

DD and I have had a lovely day, been to the seaside for a stroll round the town and some lunch.

ParsleyTheLioness · 18/03/2012 18:11

Did you go to Scarborough Isis? Funny re the Pisces thing...would have always said I didn't hold with that stuff, then it turned out that a group of us at work who had all gravitated towards each other were in fact Pisces, and we hadn't ever discussed it before. So maybe summat in it after all!

ThePinkPussycat · 18/03/2012 18:24

I'm a Leo, and so are quite a few friends

ChildofIsis · 19/03/2012 10:09

We went to Whitby, one of my most favourite places.
I spent 2 years in Scarborough at college, I do like it but it's not as picturesque.

Arranged to have the house valued as part of sorting out the finances.

ThePinkPussycat · 19/03/2012 10:11

Did you have fish and chips? I like Whitby, but haven't been there for a while.

ChildofIsis · 19/03/2012 10:23

We were going to but I was certain DD wouldn't eat much so we had sarnies in a nice cafe instead.

ParsleyTheLioness · 19/03/2012 14:37

Whitby is nice. Roars at Pink.

ThePinkPussycat · 19/03/2012 22:19

Am stuffed to bursting. Went with friend and her DS to his school parents' afternoon, then friend took us to a Brewster's. Had a lovely time, and really needed to get out of the house.

ParsleyTheLioness · 20/03/2012 18:57

We went for birthday meal, treated by DM and DSD. Also got stuffed, and not a little tipsy. Good fun though!

ChildofIsis · 22/03/2012 11:57

The house is worth a little less than I thought, which is good; it means a more accurate split of finances when the time comes.
When I've added up all that needs doing to it I got to around £15,000. So that brings the value down too.

Just made a great load of flapjack for the school cake stall tomorrow, I sound like Kirsty whatsherface now don't I?

ParsleyTheLioness · 22/03/2012 12:10

You do!

ChildofIsis · 22/03/2012 19:31

I don't look like her though, mind you that's possibly a bonus.

I've come down with DD's cold, so kind of her to share, don't you think?

I'm out on saturday an another non-date with my old friend, he fell for a german lady on his hols and can't wait to go back.
I think he may tell me all about it.
He's winding his mates on fb up by drip feeding details of our 'date', the responses are quite amusing.

Maybe one day I'll get to have a real date.
I don't think I want to live with anyone again but I would like to be in a relationship again.
It's a bit Billy-no-mates drinking wine in front of the tv by myself, be nice to share it.

ParsleyTheLioness · 22/03/2012 21:13

No Isis, wine is not for sharing, they need their own bottle, and a straw!

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 10:48

So they bring their own bottle of wine, but the straw...is that for after the wine!!Grin

ParsleyTheLioness · 23/03/2012 15:35

So tempted to suggest something thicker than a straw Grin....Doesn't matter who supplies the wine. But don't touch mine!

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 17:55

Ooh you're getting a bit 'friday night mumsnet' aren't you!

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 18:00

Mind you anyone daft enough to bring wine to mine may have to give me a set of instructions if they want any 'afters'!

ParsleyTheLioness · 23/03/2012 18:06

Quite. Think it might be like if you leave your pierced ears without earrings for too long. and what do you mean, I never mentioned bumsex once

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 18:19

In the case of piercings if you're patient and firm you can get an earring through the hole again. Is that what you meant?

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 18:20

Mind you the chance would be a fine thing!!

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 18:21

And I don't necessarily meanbumsex what you said.

ParsleyTheLioness · 23/03/2012 19:15

Will let you know when I've tried it take a seat and don't hold your breath Grin

ChildofIsis · 23/03/2012 19:36

I'll get myself a really comfy chair shall I?

ParsleyTheLioness · 23/03/2012 19:39

Yes. I have one of those recliners. They're very comfy!
