At its worst - just a load of z list celebs waffling on about their dull lives.

At its best a selection of very interesting people sharing their views on the world in bite size little nuggets. And because you select who you follow you can choose your own little band of writers to follow to make it more interesting for you.

If you ever decide to join i can send you a list of some of the ones I find quite good x

Thanks for information TIANC, and it's such a shame if we've lost Pixie L,
as well as very unfair, particularly if it's because of her work on the other thread. Hope you manage to rest up a bit.
Pixie L, I hope you will stay around the cyber-garden, as I'm sure snowmash will miss you too, plus we need people to keep an eye on the dragon which seems to have taken up residence.

Sorry to be so absent, mentally just been lying weakly by the pond in the cybergarden today.

In RL, I'd insanely booked an electrician for today (forgot busy Sunday). So he's been yakking at me all morning and I've been up and down stairs and helping shift furniture. [cshock][cshock]

So big apologies for posting and running twice - there's just no TIANC left today.

Oh poor TIANC, it's exhausting being talked to, apart from having to move furniture and negotiate stairs. Here, have a to go with the [cbiscuit], until you regain enough energy to fall into bed.

Hi kizzie - yes, agreed to people working in house. Am presently postponing an arrangement concerning soffits, which I assumed were OK when painted in Autumn with rest of house and have since flaked onto neighbours' cars - better say no more here in case outed like Pixie, but it's not going well and I do need a push.

Hope snowmash had good news from consultant too, if he/she's still visiting on Tuesdays.

Oh no shodatin, what amateurs to use the wrong paint. Hope you find the energy to pursue things soon. I had no idea there was a jasmine that could flower so early , thank you for looking it up . This was a giant tall tree-type thing in a country churchyard & was so ancient that I wonder if one of the artists / writers who took a fancy to that village brought it back from their travels.

Glad you've been encouraged by kizzie to explore Twitter . I find it a really good way to bypass the agendas of the media / commerce etc

Hob, I should have spent longer looking up Jasmine, as there are more than 200 varieties, according to Wiki. It would be interesting to look at the pictures but I need to do some writing fairly soon and keep getting delayed, so of course, writing gets postponed yet again, until I forget, etc.etc. This is the same reason I'm postponing the Twitter experience, just need to get up to date, plus it's my birthday soon, which is always a gab-fest, however enjoyable.
Hope you're OK snowmash, not heard from you for a while.

shodatin many thanks for the late night , which was much needed. Tentatively delighted to hear you may be able to read books again one day - do hope this augurs possible recovery or remission. In the meantime, sounds like you have plenty of RL entertainment (or "entertainment" wrt pants painters. Grrr).

It never occurred to me to Skype during royal wedding, and fully expect sister
will be too busy working to watch on the day, ( she's never been interested in royals before) but was taken by the excitement displayed by people who were camping by the road! Hope it's warmer in London than in rural Yorkshire, I have all possible horticultural fleece in use outside and grateful for heating indoors, plus hob's advocating cardies for our garden.

Have missed seeing the stars for a long time now, maybe too cloudy?

Pretty chilly in SE. They'd better all have toasty sleeping bags...
