Nearly another pound off today, just 0.2 off a 20 pound loss!

Barbecue last night and tonight as well, anything not to have the oven on. If anyone else is getting a bit bored of endless chicken and salad may I recommend slathering on Nando’s hot peri peri sauce? I had a massive bottle in the cupboard that I bought a while ago when it was on sale but I was really surprised how low in calories and carbs it is.

Well done @clare8allthepies. That's a great loss.

Yesterday was my first really disastrous day.... went to a day festival. Was good all day until I snapped and had a G&T and shared a small portion of fries with DH. When we came home we BBQ'd and I ate too much meat but did avoid any break etc.

I suppose it could have been worse. Will have to see the impact it has on WI tomorrow.

@FairyCakeSprinkles how was weighin? Disaster for me too. All good until 2 gandt later when I thought choc cake and crisps at 9pm was a good idea. Ugh!

anyways I’ve managed 800 today and 20g carbs which is a first for me! And I’m planning same tmrw. I had 2 marks chicken courguetti dinners for my dinner - it’s very filling for a quick ready meal and has lots of veg in it. I got them reduced so was ideal !

tmrw am planning prawns for dinner and eggs smoked salmon spinach for brunch

I’m not going to weigh in on Wednesday as I find a loss is derailing me coz I’m please and think eating crap is a good idea. Instead I’m weighing this sat after 7 days in a row of being on plan again which I haven’t done since I started this!

2lb loss in week 4 taking my overall loss to 10lb. Happy with that. 😀

On to week 5 which looks tricky... away with work Wednesday night so will need to navigate a restaurant meal and drinks. I'm then out with friends Thursday night.

There's always the chance I'll snap and have a cornetto over these next couple of hot days too. 😬

Well done @FairyCakeSprinkles amazing! I’ll be weighing on sat am I think which will be 3.5 on plan would love a similar loss.
just broken fast with low carb bread egg smoked salmon and a spoon of almond butter.

next meal at 4 prawns and Brocolli. Calories for some olives at 1ish if I get peckish.

Well done @FairyCakeSprinkles! 0.4 off for me this morning so a total weekly loss of 5.4 pounds which is a massive relief after losing absolutely sod all the previous week (and moaning about it here🤣)

I'm poaching some chicken breasts at the moment and will have some chicken in a stir fry for my lunch. For dinner I’m doing a make your own sandwiches buffet with cold meats, cheeses pickles etc and I will have some of the fillings with some salad. I just discovered that the ice pops I have in the freezer from Aldi are no added sugar ones with only half a gram of carbs each so I might treat myself to a couple today.

900 and 28g carbs today. I’ve developed a coleslaw obsession !!!

tmrw plan is
coconut yoghurt (natural) and Rasberries and walnut - so utterly tasty! The yoghurt is so expensive but I got it on flash sale!
dinner is chicken breast grilled in goan paste with red pepper on side

Hi guys, sorry I disappeared, mad few days, I will catch up on thread later today. Don’t want to out myself but we’ve been in the news, got caught in a wildfire. Family are all fine, no harm done other than coughing due to smoke. We are fine now other than too hot like everyone else. Taking a day to regroup!

Finishing on 950 and 38g carbs as I had a few bites of some flapjacks I made with my toddler. Silly me.

not sure about what I’m eating tmrw as will depend on how well my baby sleeps and if I go out or have a lazy day at home!

Just 2 lbs lost in 17 days which included a family wedding and an aborted holiday (grass wildfire evacuation!) where we grabbed fast food for 2 days. When I weighed this morning I was worried I would be back up to 11st 7 my highest weight this year, very relieved.

I have 5 weeks with nothing in the diary other than one meal out in a fish restaurant. I am going all out to lose a stone in that time.

Breakfast is coffee
lunch is cold chicken and salad
dinner is the same

Taking my eldest and her friend out for a pub lunch as they finished school early on their last day. I'm having jerk chicken skewers and I have swapped the accompanying chips for salad.

My daughter has ordered a chicken tikka masala platter with all kinds of carby yummy sides and I know that she won't be able to eat more than half so I am going to need an iron will not to hoover the rest up! 🤣

@Zott hope you have recovered from your drama and ur all well’ my baby is actually 5.5 months so not sure I can use her as an excuse for this fat hanging around much longer! I was 11 stone when I got preg with her and trying to get to my goal!

im with u @Zott . Gonna have good looses this month. This sat is tricky as have a bday lunch and the menu is very calorific and there’s going to cake and champagne!!!! Then weekend after I’m going to a friends luckily no drinking there as she’s pregnant but still meals I can’t control :(

smoked salmon spinach and egg for brekkie on low carb bread (1 slice)

tuna coleslaw salad.
40mls of milk for coffee

comes in at 726 and 19g carbs as no doubt I’ll need some olives or cheese at some point to make it up to 850ish.

Just realised it’s 4 weeks today not 3!!! Oh well still it’s coming off . Next target normal bmi!
