Morning everyone. To all those gone over I often do 1000 cals and I still loose good amounts. I find it hard to do less but have managed last 2 days. Does anyone struggle to sleep when they drop the carbs very low. I seem to have this problem on 20ish carbs but not 35 and above. Might be a keto thing. Either way I can’t be awake with baby then awake with this too! Am shattered so today I’m going to up carbs to 35 and hope that’s a bit easier for me

brunch - yoghurt flaxseed strawberries
dinner - tandoori marinated salmon with salad.
2 coffees with 30 mls of milk
comes in at 850 and 31b carbs.

not weighed. May do tmrw or Thursday when it’s been 3 weeks on plan x

Morning! I’m on day two….todays menu

breakfast - mixed red berries, natural yogurt and mixed milled nuts and seeds

dinner - roasted onions/ peppers/ courgette On top of portobello mushrooms topped with cheese. Tin of sardines in olive oil

I’m still having my oat milk in tea/ coffee but I tend to have 3 max. Lots of water and herbal tea

goal weight. 9st 7

im also waiting on the 800 recipes book to arrive so I’m kind of getting my info from here and the FB

@FairyCakeSprinkles well done on 8lbs loss, that is a good amount to lose, if I do that after 3 weeks I will be happy. My DH is the same, he loses so much faster than me, best not to compare.

Yesterday was a disaster, I felt so down about it last night and this morning but I am over it now. I blame my family! One of those days when everyone needed a bit of me and as I was plating my dinner my DD (teen) needed help suddenly. My meal spoilt and went in the bin and I just grabbed a plain baguette and a cold beer (I never drink beer!). So I wound up eating a lot of carbs I didn’t really want.

Today is two meals, salad all the way with avocado, feta, tuna and an AF Gordon’s gin at 6pm.

I will weigh tomorrow but not expecting a loss.

Keep going everyone and welcome new joiners @Shhhhh223 and @Oblomov22 .

Closing on 930 cals and 31 g of carbs….feeling quite content can’t seem to stick to 800 but least I’m under 1000 last 3 days!

@Addidas well done, I am having a good day too at last, I don’t calorie count strictly, just the obvious things like fish or meat, tomatoes and leaves I sort of skim over (there is no way they are what made me fat). For me it’s more about not eating bread and the obvious white carbs. Feel so much better without them, so why do I do it?

Hi am restarting. I did it back in April, got down to 9st 12 then have gained almost a stone! Several false starts but determined this time. I started again on Monday.

Lost 3.5 lbs in 11 days, not great, had lost a bit more but regained after family wedding. I am finding one day off plan takes 3 perfect days to recover the lost ground which is demoralising. Lesson is not to deviate, it just isn’t worth it.

Well done @Zott a loss is a loss! I’ve just finished eating till tmrw. Ended up on 1050 as are some salmon left over from other day Am so hungry today and still not content not sure why! Ahh!

Well done @Addidas and @Zott. Good losses.

Way over here again on 1,130 calories and too high on carbs because I had a small latte on the train. I know it's bad but I was exhausted after stupidly long day and hit, sweaty tube. Needed a pick me up and figured it was better than an ice cream 🤷‍♀️

Morning everyone.

So I was away with work for 5 days last week, on return I was .8 of a lb up which I was quite relieved about.

I weighed in yesterday after a full calendar month on this eating plan and have lost 13.6lb.

Husband who did not have a work trip has now lost 1st 2lb.

Certainly feels like real weight loss now.

2 weeks to my holiday so hoping to lose another 4lbs.

@FairyCakeSprinkles that’s still a calorie deficit and a good choice! I however did eat the icecream. So annoyed at myself. So today I’m sticking to below and not a bite over!
lunch - 2 homemade chicken burgers and brocolli
dinner - plant based sharwama with tzatziki red onions and salad

833 cals and 30g carbs

baby was up 4-530! So about 10000 coffees !

I really struggled today (day 4) so finished on 1290 🤦‍♀️. I’ve got a hello fresh box this week so trying to eat the meals but without the carbs but it’s tricky. Try again tomorrow!
motivation is to fit into my shorts before my holiday in 5 weeks

Down a pound and a half this morning after no movement on the scales for ages. Should have gone back to bed for the day then.

Since then I’ve had a streaming nose all day, discovered an ant invasion, sat in stationary traffic for over an hour taking my daughter to her activity tonight so we arrived an hour late for a 90 minute thing. Scraped the bumper of my lovely new car whilst lost trying to follow the diversion and then broke my beautiful diamond bracelet my partner got me for my birthday. I haven’t had any dinner yet and I don’t think I can face any. Gin is an acceptable substitute for a proper evening meal right? 😭

Thank you for the flowers @Chunkymonkey123 after my horrendous day yesterday was nearly 3 pounds down this morning, over 4 pounds in 2 days!

Chicken mushrooms and cauli rice for lunch, I have spicy chicken to make for dinner this evening. Have just ordered 2 extra large pizzas for the rest of the family so I think that I will go and hide myself upstairs once I have picked them up. Good luck for the weekend everyone!
