So I tried on the renpho scales the next morning on an empty stomach and they are showing 6lbs heavier than my old digi ones.
Not the greatest feeling as it feels like I'm playing snakes and ladders and I've slipped back down to the start 

Figuring that my old ones were wrong because they were so temperamental and my dp had the same gain on the new ones so I'm sure they're right.
So anyway I have now amended my goal. I was hoping for a 3 stone loss in total but now I'm aiming for a total 2 stones and 5lbs. It feels more achievable now I'm so much further away that I thought and I can always aim to lose more once I get there 
I have 7 weeks before my wedding dress fitting and I need to get another 12lb off in that time
I seem to be averaging a 2.5-3lb loss per week so fingers crossed.
What is everyone else's weekly loss like?
