I feel like we're all looking after ourselves by this WOE so that's something. It takes focus so I guess its, dare I even say it, 'mindful'

I've had tea, coffee with splashes of milk and a 2 egg omelette with 4 cherry tomatoes and quarter of a red pepper.
I was bang on 800 yesterday well 803 despite eating 3 left over dried out chicken nuggets, which I ate before thinking and tasted of cardboard but it's easy freezer food for the DC
I've done enough home cooking recently.
