I'm flu free and joining in! I did 1 hour pilates class Monday, 5 miles dog(borrowed) walk Tuesday, 4 miles dog walk and 1 hour pilates class today. I'm feeling the benefits already, even if it's just psychological.

yes @Imfreetofeelgood good going. Psychological effects are real effects, and imo greatly beneficial.
I couldn't fit in any training T+W because I was short of time (no after-school clubs running on first week of term). I'll make up for it tonight: Mobility then BodyCombat then Pullups Plan Day 6

@florenceandthemac this is the pullups plan. I just did day 7 (negative pullups and Inverted rows). Was super hungover so very pleased I got in the gym and did BodyCombat then me pullup plan

Last week :
Monday - mobility and pullups, teaching boxercise
Tues/Weds - too busy with work and had DD after school
Thursday - Mobility, BodyCombat, Pullups
Friday - too busy with work, but did get a massage!
Saturday - watching the rugby (sadly observing other beings doing sport does not count in my book)
Sunday : BodyCombat, Pullups

It's weirdly cheaper to buy full adjustable cast iron dumbbells than to buy just the plates

I can now go up to 15kg or so on each dumbbell so that should do for a bit

Very annoying swim today. The slow lane was too slow and the medium lane was being hogged by a group of men who clearly weren't thrilled I was invading their space. One swam towards me on the wrong side, just to prove a point.

I didn’t run on Monday because I just couldn’t face it in the wind. Went out yesterday instead. Not too bad: 31 minutes dead for 5km.

I have worn them tonight and they're really comfortable, pleased for the price

30 min lower body which was
Goblet squats 5 x 12
Split squats 3 x 12 each side followed by side plank every time you finished both sides
Bodyweight squat hold

Won't be walking anywhere tomorrow Grin
