I went for a run, although I didn’t do a full 5km. Probably more like 3-and-a-bit km. Partly because I realized I’d left one of my layers at home and partly because I wanted to make sure I was done before sunset.

I did a Nat Hayward Pilates workout today Aloha. You can find her on Instagram and she also does Pilates/strength workouts on Trinny Woodall's instagram page.

Nice work Oubliette "3 and a bit km" is still impressive.

I did BodyAttack last night, to help one of my instructor friends out. It's a fun enough class, but I'd do a BodyCombat instead 9/10 times. Was quite pleased with my deep squats - all that mobility and squatting from the bottom range seemed to have helped.

Thank you, I'll check it tomorrow when my children are in school 😊. Today I did day 3 burn programme, I only use 1kg weights but I feel my arms and core burning 😅. I also did a walking video (15 min) plus cleaning the house,cooking, food shopping etc.

I missed my planned chest & triceps workout today 😱
I had a rheumatology appointment this morning which meant I was late into work by a couple of hours, which threw my day out. and then I felt exhausted after work.

It always plays on my mind when I miss workouts but I'm trying to convince myself rest days are good...

Definitely further than those sat on the couch!

Frustrating lack of exercise for me this week. Work is just crazy and it's been too icy to go out for a run in the dark. I booked myself a lunch break today to get to the pool for a short swim though! And I'm booked in for an early gym class in the morning.

I just done day 4th burn programme from Sydney cummings, I wanted to do more but the children only " allowed me" 40 min working out. @MotherForkinShirtBalls your plan for tomorrow sounds great!

Yes I am enjoying it a lot, much more than I thought. Sydney gives lots of instructions and she really motivates me.
I'm buying today 3kg and 5 kg dumbells so I can lift a bit harder than with 1kg dumbells.

I just done day 5 burn programme from Sydney ( still 1kg weights) and a 10 min balance workout from Jessica Valant as the other day I fell in the floor when I tied my shoes and I'm only in my 40's.

Got to the gym this morning. It's annoying, I don't really like the instructor exercising first thing but it's pretty much the only way to be sure i can get it done.

About to leave for a lunchtime gym class. I used to have a good habit of early exercise Florence but now the dog needs to be walked instead and everything else gets pushed to where it can be squeezed in. And peri sleep issues and night sweats don't set me up well for a sparkling cracking at the day (do you sense I didn't sleep well last night and am feeling sorry for myself 😂)

Another exam tomorrow and I don't know if I'll be so stressed I need to run first thing or so panicked I won't be able to leave my notes.

Monday BodyAttack, Wednesday weights, Thursday mobility plus BodyCombat, Sunday BodyCombat plus weights. I was suffering in Combat, almost went straight home, but went and had a go at weights... went great in the end

I've had a tough old week with work, but actually got loads done. (13)

Hello, I did not exercise during the weekend. Today I did burn day 6 and 7 (day 7 was just 20 min stretch) and I received my 3kg and 5kg weights, can wait to use them!

Started the day with my early morning strength training class.
Then a 5k run and another full body strength session after work.
Tomorrow will just be an upper body session, then maybe a walk in the evening
