I bought a cable sobercurious, just one from Amazon and not Jillian’s. I don’t see why a resistance band won’t work just as well though and you can even just use dumbbells.

I'm following the calendar and Killer Body - Upper from yesterday has effectively killed my arms ! I'm so impressed with how many workouts you all do. I do JM on weekdays only though will have a decent walk seven days week.

Moved on to phase 2 of BR - not too bad so far but haven't done cardio day yet! Still keeping up with C25k and am on week 6 so my body permanently aches Grin

sobercurious I don't have a band and only one set of weights and manage fine...when only 1 weight is involved I just grab 2 as mine are embarrassingly light!

Well done everyone - keep going!

I am only doing weekdays as well TheDogsMother - I think 5 days of Jillian is plenty Grin

I preferred cardio 2 Yesbutno - not quite as boring as 1. Well done doing C25k alongside it! Amazing. Star

Jillian's cardio is the worst sobercurious - I avoided cardio 1 at every opportunity.

Well done Professor - L2 is no joke with that hideous plank circuit!

Day 50 of BR all done - am quite enjoying the week7/8 workouts, really feeling like I'm getting stronger. Well I certainly ache like I am Grin

I know what you all mean about the cardio aswell, all that jumping!!! It's a friggin nightmare Blush

I found workouts 7 and 11 the hardest of BR Algonquin so it's good that you are enjoying it. Keep smashing it! Star

RI30 L2D6 done. On to L3 next week. I do find L3 easier as my legs are stronger than my arms, so the duck walks and bear crawls are easier than all the plank cardio in L2.

RI30 L3D1 done. Better than L2 but that’s the best that can be said of it. (She uses the “hurts so good” line here too - I don’t know who she thinks she’s kidding.

Our Jillian does love to make us stand on one leg doesn't she? Maybe she was a pirate in another life Grin

BS WO8 done! Body Shred is finished and I have to say I am glad to see the back of it. Workouts 7 and 8 were really hard and not that enjoyable. Was also kind of sad when Jillian said "see you tomorrow" and I knew I wouldn't Sad. Still, onwards and upwards, Epic here I come!
