Still doing Body Shred! It’s quite a lot harder than Body Revolution I must say! Going away for the weekend so I’ll probably do a workout first thing tomorrow morning before we leave, then I’ll be taking 3 days rest.

It’s been a while but back with Jillian so thought I’d rejoin the thread.

After great success in lockdown 1 I got injured last autumn and it all went a bit off track. Summary…I am almost back where I started Confused

However, just finished level 1 of 30 Day shred and on a mission! Glad to see people are still here crushing it Smile

Welcome back @calmconfident! Hope they Shred is going well?

I’m now on Week 5 and 6 of Body Shred. Some of the moves are actually insane so I do a bit of swapping out to exercises I can actually do!

This morning I did 6W6P L2 instead of Body Shred cardio. Finally worked out how to sync my phone to our TV so I can view the app on a big screen - it’s a revelation!!

After a week of absolutely no exercise, I eased myself in gently with a 2 mile boosted WWL. Will aim to do something for the next few days and then I’m away for a couple of days with my sister.

Hi Roberta, I’m still here plugging away with BodyShred! I was away for a few weekends in a row so I’m a bit behind now but hoping to finish by Christmas! I did a Caroline Girvan full body dumbbell work out yesterday to break it up a bit.

I’ve asked DH to buy me 8kg dumbbells for Xmas as the 6s now feel a bit light for certain exercises..

@roonetta or anyone else who’s interested, Caroline Girvan is doing an Advent Calendar of workouts on her YouTube channel!

Starting from tomorrow she will release a 20 min workout per day every day until Christmas. I’m going to attempt to do them alongside BodyShred... wish me luck (I think I’ll need it!) Grin

After a rubbish few days which included work Christmas party (not rubbish), sickness (DH) and vaccine tiredness (DC), I have started Caroline Girvan’s 20 minute programme which was a shoulder workout. Tougher than I thought 20 minutes would be. Arms are shaking! Hoping to get exercise in every day now up until Christmas. As it’s only 20 minutes I shouldn’t have any excuse.

How are you getting on with both of it @Wineloffa?
