I’m going on holiday on Friday, so I imagine I won’t exercise at all very much next week.

Just a short session tonight (Ri30 L2) - apparently the boy needs the TV for some sport thingy!

Thanks Oub Smile** Was quite poorly actually - as were DC. Was great to feel well enough to exercise again today! Still got knee issues which is frustrating so still limited in what I can do Angry

I was lucky that our hotel for part of our time away had a treadmill so I managed to get in 3 runs (I'm allowed to run on treadmill or grass only at the moment)
