It is very nearly 2018, so here is a thread to track your exercise goals.

It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise, or merely continuing your current regime. Everyone is welcome!

All 3 levels of 30DS. Just once more through L3 to go to complete it. I’m hoping to manage this before I head off on holiday on Sunday afternoon.

How did you do 30 days so quickly Oub? Or do you mean you achieved it by doing multiple levels each time? Or has it really been 30 days since you started and my concept of time is all over the place?! (The latter is highly likely Grin)

OublietteBravo · 27/05/2018 12:57

I did it by doing multiple levels. I figure this is OK because I've certainly been exercising for more than 30 days Grin

No exercise sessions yet this week, although I’m walking >15k steps per day and it’s pretty hot in the Netherlands (only 27C today, but 30C yesterday and the day before).

Still not feeling 100% but managed a short weights and resistance session yesterday off to the gym again tonight

OublietteBravo · 01/06/2018 13:11

Last day of the holiday today. Should be back to exercising tomorrow.

OP posts:
OublietteBravo · 01/06/2018 22:28

Gah. Flight cancelled, so I’m stuck in Amsterdam. Catching the ferry tomorrow. So another rest day as I won’t get home until late (next available flight wasn’t until Tuesday).

OP posts:
SophieLion · 01/06/2018 23:29

Oh I. Why was the flight cancelled Oub?How annoying.....

I've got an MRI on knee tomorrow. I'm hoping things will start to resolve themselves now as getting fed up of restricted exercise routine.

I finally made it home at 00:52 this morning. My journey involved 7 trains, 4 buses and a ferry. I’m a bit tired today, so another rest day. Back to normal tomorrow (fingers crossed). I expect it will hurt.

35 mins of resistance training for legs and abs.

Sounds like you need another holiday to recover from that journey Oubliette Grin

OublietteBravo · 04/06/2018 18:51

Finally back to exercising. Cardio: NMTZ

(106/144; 87h 10min)

OP posts:
OublietteBravo · 04/06/2018 22:13

That should’ve been BFBM (not NMTZ). Oops
