Exercise every day 2018

Anyone up for tracking some exercise every day in 2018?

I currently do yoga and bootcamp classes at the gym and stopped running in September due to an injury (but not injured any more!)

I don't drive so walk everywhere. I wouldn't count walking as exercise unless I went further/faster on purpose, but willing to count say 20 mins easy yoga so that I don't burn out with intense exercise every day.

I'm hoping the streak will appeal to the my obsessive nature and mean that I push myself to do more this year.

Anyone else up for it? Grin

Bloody gym has shut today due to snow!

Did a brisk dog walk earlier and will do some planking and crunches shortly.

Just the usual walking/ dog walk the last few days.
Im going to set myself a target of doing a quick workout in the mornings. Was going to say days I work but sod it ill aim for every morning otherwise it's not a proper challenge

MrsJosh ive always wanted to try snowboarding seems like fun

Normal walking again, didnt get to do a workout first thing as woke up to a freezing cold house as boiler was playing up so had to sort that out. Managed to get 30 minsdone tho after school run

Thank you both. I did xhit thigh thinner, which I didn’t think had worked but I nearly fell over after doing it so it did something, and xhit legs bums and tums.

Will do cardio and thigh thinner tomorrow.

My bottoms definitely lifted (Dh is now used to me saying “feel my bum, it’s perkier isn’t it” at random moments) and my waist looks more defined. I’ve had 4 days off in 14 days.

Still doing something every day. Mainly yoga or app routine. No chance of a run or getting to the gym at the moment!

Got my 15 minutes in yesterday morning, and met my friend yesterday afternoon for a walk ( my dogs wont go out in this plus id probably lose them under the snow in some parts) ended up being out for about 2 hours.
This morning I planned to do half an hour as had a few glass of wine, choc and crisps last night Blush youngest was asleep so I thought I'd keep going and managed to get an hour done I'm so chuffed with myself. Planning on getting it for another walk this afternoon fingers crossed

Gained 2lb in the last fortnight 😭

I really put my back into the workouts too, sweats running down my back so I’m hoping that it’s increased muscle bulk.

How frustrating fluffy! I thibk weight loss is 80%food and 20% exercise. Sometimes when i do lots of exercise i eat more as i am hungry which doesnt help!

Fluffy did you measure yourself before you started as you said it could be muscle. A friend from work put on a few pounds from muscle but when she remeasured herself found that she had lost a few inches.

Managed to get workouts in yesterday morning and this morning. Not holding up alot of hope for tomo as have work and youngest isn't sleeping overly great at the min so every min of sleep I can get in taking

Managed swimming and yoga yesterday and will see what i can fit in around washibg puke stained linen today!

I've mostly been doing my yoga home practice. I'm still working through Light on Yoga. It's very different working from a book but you get 2 weeks on each sequence so you can almost switch off from 'what am I doing next' and think about posture or relaxing a bit more.

Day off today so hoping to do something more energetic later too.

Thursday powerhoop plus yoga stretches
Friday waling a lot and a tiny bit of yoga
Saturday white water rafting! Plus half hour yoga

Got in a 15 min workout yesterday didn't manage anything few days before, lack of sleep, lack of energy.
Planned for us all to go out on a nice long walk today, hopefully ran will stay away and not dampen my plans.
