A longish slow trot through the woods today. Felt pretty good and nice weather for it.

Yes emummy, dogs have 42 and he's kept one canine plus most of his molars. He was much better by the end of Thursday and walked with us as normal. He's still not run though as the vet said I need to stop if he looks tired and I'm worried he'll get knackered at the furthest point!

Absolutely gorgeous day yesterday at BUSHY PARK parkrun ! Currently negotiating a Mother's Day run

Mother's Day 20 miles for me. 2 degrees at the start, 16 at the end and beautiful sunshine. Felt a bit more comfortable this time.

Well done emummy! It didn't get above 13C here but still beautiful. Lovely run and swapped dogs with my neighbour for a bit as she was struggling and my new doggy has a good pull! 211.5 for the weekend.

A short canicross run tonight with all three dogs 220.1

Took dog for her first run since she tore her ligament in October. We went to the woods for an easy paced half hour. She was so happy, leaping about in mud & puddles. Very relaxing, we are both feeling good now!

I was hoping to get a longish run in today but my awful children have conspired to allow me no sleep last night so I'll see how I feel in an hour or so.

Stayed closer to home in the end, took the dog with me - he really isn't into running anymore! 4 miles to add

I am going to add my measly 2.5 miles from Friday. I am taking it very easy at the moment and signed off sick from work.

Adding a combined 22 miles from 3 runs this week- all felt very sluggish. It's getting warmer here and I'm not liking it . Think Strava cup season is over unless I CBA to go somewhere I haven't run for a few years.

Longest ever run for me - 22 hilly miles in the sun. Marathon outfit all worn & no problems. Now to taper, thank God!

Lovely sunny but not too warm run today and frustrating parkrun with newest dog Saturday 31:49 we took little dog too and my friend ran her but we got separated going to the start so new dog spent the whole run looking for little dog who we almost caught up when she decided she wouldn't run anymore. Thankfully we met a Labrador in last half a mile to get her going again!! 46.7

Fast canicross run tonight with new dog and little dog as my neighbour took big dog with hers. Lucky as we saw the most amazing herd of deer who ran across the path we were on, I'd have been on my arse for sure with all three!!! Lovely evening for a run and made it back before it was too dark. 65.5
