Ended up doing almost the same route as yesterday with a different friend today!
Finished my 30 day challenge!
50 leg raises, 50 crunches, 30 push ups (I only do knee ones), 60 sit ups, 60 squats, 4min plank (managed 3m then 1m) and 60min run!

6 miles to add. 3 easy run, 3 fast walk. Legs nicely loosened after my 18 miler at the weekend.

50 crunches?? I ache just thinking about that many!! Well done!

No running for me today, had to make an emergency appt at dentist, the throbbing is too bad for running, i hope he can just take it out so i want have to think about it anymore, god i'm so stressed - 2pm cant come quick enough!

Hats off to everyones great milage - is that since january / start of thread?
Mine will officially start in october Smile but i did 30km last week which i was pleased with.

Sitting here with breakfast doing deep breathing to stay calm. It's race day! Forecast for 14-17 degrees, will be relying on the sea breeze I think.

I have Thursday morning, yesterday evening and this mornings runs to add. Went with speedy people this morning, need to do that more often as I did it even though t was hard! 414.75

Survived! No pb - it was very warm in the first half and then my knee got sore so had to walk up hills I would normally have run. Still second fastest time for me. Race was good, first big half in Aberdeen for many years. Well organised, good course apart from cobbles, yuck! Great finish on Union St with big crowds, really enjoyed that bit!
