Bloody hell - that 7 min Davina exercise DVD

It works!

I've been at it a week. Before that, did fuck all exercise for YEARS. Ended up with a bad knee every time I tried running etc so gave up.

This was a last ditch attempt to stop my body basically falling off, and I was attracted by the fact it would all be done in seven minutes and at least I could tell myself I'd done something.

It actually frigging works.

(Promise I don't work for Davina. Booble plate, river of sweetcorn, cube of poo, pombears, elderly Korean lady.)

But if there is anyone who was like me, who hates exercise and just generally CBA with gyms etc, this is cracking.

It's called Davina Mccall 7 Minute Fit. It's got a big red number 7 on the front.

can I ask if you are all young slips of things Grin. I am ancient, not exercised forever but would love to feel firmer in a week so to speak!! My work trousers are cutting into the place where my waist once was Sad.

me,43 yrs old use to have a good physique,last few years have put on about 4 stone,totally unfit and hate the weight i have put on,now a size 16-18

im on anti psychotic meds that give big cravings and have a dodgy knee so that hasnt helped

hate exercise but even i can manage 7mins daily,and i know that will kick my bum to watching my diet etc etc

well thats the idea,being the heaviest ive ever been dosent help my Bipolar so i really need to do something and it will give me a head start to the Spring i hope

Well, you lot, I'm off to bed so I can be up bright and early in the morning.

I think I'll find it hard, as I have a new weight (no more tuna-grabbing) and I'm going to try the Ultimate.

in my sheep like way I have just ordered one.

Have piled on weight since having ds 4 years ago, and am on ads which seem to have turned off my 'don't finish off the whole bar of chocolate' switch.

Have started running a bit, but have just started a college course as well so would like something quick I can fit in every day.

will check back to see how everyone is getting on!

I've ordered too Blush I was doing really well with Jillian DVDs last year and them moved on T25 but my knees were ruined and still hurt now if I try. Really keen on something that's meant to be easier on the joints.

I've got some of the older Davina DVDs and they're all great, so if you don't want to spend lots buying the new one you can usually pick these up for a few pounds on ebay. The Super Workout one is my favourite (think its called that, it definitely has the word 'super' in the title!). Not as hard as it sounds, but it really transformed by body.
I'd also recommend looking on YouTube, there's some great free workouts, I use Fitness Blender but there's loads of others.

Morning! I ordered my copy yesterday morning after reading this thread. I do like to run a couple of times a week when I can. But it's not enough to shift my excess weight and podgy bits! I like the shred but like a pp said it is NOT 20 mins. I shall watch progress on here and start the dvd as soon as it arrives Smile

Morning, just finshed Fat Buster Grin

My left buttock/leg/lower back feels sore - very sciatica like (I am prone). Is this likely to be:
A. Coincidence?
B. Bad technique?
C. My 41yo body screaming its shock at me suddenly forcing it to do things beyond walking?!

Fat burner , ultimate fat burner and box fit done this morning. Half term so I've a bit longer to do my exercises. Am going to feel it tomorrow. Keep going ladies.
