First day of level 2! It was like going back to the beginning, not being able to do stuff. I think the system is really clever though because rather than being soul destroying I kept thinking "Stay with it, level 1 got easier within a few/5 days", although I don't think I will ever be able to do proper plank jacks, (among other things) and I feel really sorry for poor Natalie, she seriously got the short straw on this video. It was back to sweating into my eyes stuff, I really don't think I've ever dripped more!
I can't get over the positive/feisty feelings I get from doing this. I think it's having a real emotional impact, as if I'm working through the demons left behind from the miscarriages, I didn't expect that.
Thanks for the encouragement Rugby, your weight loss is major, so impressive, you must be thrilled!! And your instructor sounds really encouraging, as you say, a lb a week sounds doable so anything above that is money in the bank!
Jet, I might be more of a morning person than you are, but I hardly wake up perky or at all really, but I find stumbling down getting dressed and switching the computer on and just doing what I'm told for 20 minutes in my half sleep is ok and then I have the pleasure of having done it and not wondering when or how I'll fit it in. I also like to do it before I eat. Maybe just try a morning, a work day when you have to get up anyway, and see how you find it? I find I have to add about 35 minutes to my morning to fit it in.
My god Standing and those of you fitting this in around already full sounding exercise regimes, you have my deepest respect.
How are you getting on Things?
