Day 8 done. When I got into work I mentioned it to one of my colleagues and she was surprised I was still doing it! I haven't lost any motivation, and I'm getting used to getting up earlier and doing jumping jacks to wake up. My arms are a bit shaky though with the hair wash, hair dryer and hot roller administration afterward!
Noel, those side lunge arm raise things! I can only do one set of arm raises and am then left making up some other form of arm activity!

Things, shredding twins! How did you get on today, or are you an evening shredder? I've always thought that sit ups made me protrude a little, I presumed I was doing them wrong. All in all though I am losing a bit of belly fat so I can't tell - when I was thin though it observable!
