I did day 6 before dd2 got up today, it's crazy I've never exercised in the morn before!
Having coil fitted inorn so if I so don't get shred done before may miss?

Just did L1D7, never we are shredding twins Grin ...had a glass of wine at dinner and the shred has brought on terrible hiccups, god knows how I'll get to sleep now Angry

Oh dear...posting rubbish as usual...meant lifesgreat in my last post rather than never...sorry!

Has anyone else noticed their stomach muscles protruding more? I feel like my abs want to burst through and I look bloated /very slightly pregnant Sad

And my feet, my poor feet on the static lunge with bicep curl! They hurt more than any muscle does!

Tell me what I am doing wrong....

Things I'm wobbly as owt on those lunges, but my feet don't hurt! I wouldn't worry about the abs, Shred-change has to be a good thing. Have blind faith Grin

monster I'd recommend a watch through of L2 first, purely because for most of it you're face down on the floor! Makes it hard to watch the screen Grin

Aw thought I had a new twin, things!!
Gonna try to get up before dc's tomorrow and get it done then I can go and have dreaded coil fitted! This is my 4th in 5 years due to babies and i recently had to have treatment for abnormal cells and they had to remove it, having the mirena this time tho to see if it can also help my hideous pmt? Hope so Smile

Bit gutted here I'm gonna have to miss today, been up in night with both kids and then slept in so no time to do it before coil fitting and I doubt I'll be able to do it after, fingers crossed I'll be back on track tomorrow Grin

Sorry for bad night never, good luck for this afternoon and for getting back on track tomorrow.

I'm going to have to wait until after my Rosemary Conley class this evening as we are going to friends for a playdate this afternoon. Hope I lose something or I won't want to Shred - I've been mostly good but with the odd nibble and they can really add up.

Day 8 done. When I got into work I mentioned it to one of my colleagues and she was surprised I was still doing it! I haven't lost any motivation, and I'm getting used to getting up earlier and doing jumping jacks to wake up. My arms are a bit shaky though with the hair wash, hair dryer and hot roller administration afterward!

Noel, those side lunge arm raise things! I can only do one set of arm raises and am then left making up some other form of arm activity!

Things, shredding twins! How did you get on today, or are you an evening shredder? I've always thought that sit ups made me protrude a little, I presumed I was doing them wrong. All in all though I am losing a bit of belly fat so I can't tell - when I was thin though it observable!

My god, Noel, what happens in L2 that means we are face down in the floor (obviously don't answer/scare me)?

Standing, how's your sleep after your late night shreds?

What a nightmare day I've had! Went to app waited 45 min to be told they had lost all my history so I had to wait half an hour for another consultation then between us all decided I should wait another month as I go on hol in 2 weeks and may be bleeding and you can't use tampax so might be a bit rubbish on hol!!!
So Im just going to take the dog on a fast walk to de stress!!
I've never found having the coil too bad, uncomfortable for maybe 20 sec wen they measure your cervix and a bit tender and bloated afterwards but I think it's a fantastic form of contraceptionGrin

Hi everyone...life I slept like a log after my late shred. I am a night owl so like doing it when everyone else in bed.

never I like this shred motivation / contraception advice combo theme - I was considering the coil too...but after my last smear when it took 2 nurses to locate my cervix I am bit nervy! "it is in there somewhere, i got 2 DS out of it..." Confused

Well done to those of you alreay shredded, I have been to gym already so maybe a cheeky shred later...

Hey lifes, yes, I am an evening shredder in general as I have to leave for work pretty early and just continually hit the snooze button if I try to get up before 5.30!

L1D8 done now though, plus another 7.5k Grin want to be in good shape to beat my park run time at the weekend. My feet are bloody killing me though, the outer edge really hurts and across the bottom when I do the static lunges, I must be doonh something wrong Sad

Well done on your additional walk never that's great! Grin

Things are you doing it barefoot? Think it's better with trainers on.
Sounds like your leaning too much and putting pressure on outer edge?

Hmm, I did it barefoot yesterday but in trainers today and it felt the same. Think maybe I strained them a bit without trainers and that's why it's still hurting. I've had another watch of that section too and see that they don't put the back foot completely flat to the ground, but keep the heel slightly raised throughout the move so will make sure I do this tomorrow. Hoping there are no lunges in L2!

Well I had my Rosemary Conley class this evening and lost 2.5lb Grin so I have lost 1st 3.5lb over 7 weeks and I am down to 13st. I have another 3st to go but I really feel I am going to get there. We did a pretty fast aerobic workout but I am determined to get under 13st this week so I'm feeling very motivated and went ahead with L1D3 when I got home. It was tough but I'm glad I did it.

My legs are getting more tired each day and doing the shred is harder - does it ease off at some point. I can't work out how you recover without having a day off.

Never - well done for the walk and shredding after such a rubbish day.

Things - good luck for the run. I keep thinking I should go back to running but I used to run jog half marathons and now I can barely run for 60sec. It's so demotivating!

Standing - amazed you can do the gym and shred on the same day. I am definitely planning on taking a day off from shredding when I go to bodypump on Monday.

Do I carry on from L1D5 (the number of days I jad done) or reset from tomorrow morning and do ten days of level 1?
