Hi me again, I agree there is defo not enough stretching at the end, I really have hardly been able to walk today, my legs have been locked like a robot, I've been shuffling Around all day, even a bottle of wine hasn't helped Wink

Tis the big boobs and big love handles that need downsizing!

Morning everyone. Checking in to join if that's OK?
Did L1D1 yesterday, not too sore today but always feel worse on 2nd day. Going for L1D2 today but agree with comments regarding stretching, going to make an effort to stretch more after.
I struggle with the crunches as they hurt my neck even though I really try to do them correctly. Has anyone got any advice to help with this?

Never I often find jillian + Wine= inability to walk properly Grin

In the beginning I had neck ache but I must be better at them now as it has stopped

Perhaps try to slow down the movements, even -evil-Jillian says that you don't have to keep up, make sure you do it properly, hope it helps Smile

Welcome Not. Try and listen to old Jillian when she tells you that 'the neck is not invited to this party' and make a concerted effort to relax it, mid crunch (feels a bit weird at first). And like she says, keeping your eyes on the ceiling directky above you will also help

Ok ladies, 2 weeks to swimsuit

For Lent this year I gave up my beloved crisps, I'm going to do it now and no booze -am I crazy? It is the summer hols-

Hoping this will help with the weight, eek help!

This warm weather doesn't help though, it just makes me want to DRINK. I'll have to make do with sniffing beer mats down the pub

Wales, we're hoping to see dolphins

There's an indoor pool, so no bikini body prep required, phew. Just my mumsy one piece -that doesn't show my boobs when DS2 pulls down the front

Did the same thing in Cornwall, I felt very fat and uncomfortable. Hoping all the hard work -and sweating- will help

Glam, us? No. Camping in France Grin I'm going for the bikini bod, the reality is I'll probably end up shivering in a wetsuit

Ooh, all these holidays sound great Grin the dolphins in Wales are brill! L1D4 done today and feeling really achey. Had scrambled eggs for brekkie in the hope the protein will help with muscle repair so I can walk properly tomorrow -off to London again for work so walking is a necessity Wink

monster I was the same, and I found it really reassuring that every time I moved up a level, I ached like a swine all over again, but in different muscles.

I've somehow just managed to do day 3 l1! I really didnt think if be able to do it with how stiff I was but I pushed through, I'd even say I'm not as bright red in the face!
I did it in my sons bedroom (4) with him lying on the bed poking me with a light sabre all the way through!!!Smile

How long are you supposed to do each level for before moving up? I'm doing it off YouTube so I've no idea?
I thought it was level 1 for 30 days? Or is it move up every 10 days?
I've started this and we go on hol on 22nd so I'll only of done 21 days but hopefully will have some results.

I did 10 days on each and then moved up, but if you're in it for the long haul I see no reason why you couldn't do 30 on each level... boredom perhaps?

I certainly didn't master every move before I moved on though. I'm on L1 again now and still can only do Anita push ups. And the side lunge/anterior raises kill me

21 days is enough to see and feel some results for sure

I'm 4 days in. I felt quite tired after this mornings workout but managed to add in a brisk 4 mile walk. My muscles no longer ache generally, just the tummy ones, and I can confidently reach for that utterly heavy cup of tea on confidence that I will be able to bring it closer to my body! I still can't do it all perfectly and am still aiming for Anita's level, but I saw this morning that Natalie totally cheats during one of the squatting arms up bits!!! Have you all seen that? I'm surprised thuggery didn't reshoot!

Back in may I did that, they were cruel! Plus I thought they might be psychologically scarred for life.

The sweating, groaning and red faced monster I became during the workout.

Also doing it in 30 degree temps only in bra and pants, no one should see that Grin

Strictly secret Shredding for me
