Leavers, I'm a leaver... are you out there

I know this thread will get trolled and spammed with the usual suspects demanding answers from us.

But I'm hoping any leavers out there could ignore them and tell me how their feeling.

Right now I'm wondering who the hell is speaking out for us? It's gone very quiet....

There is some momentum from pro Europe voices... but aside from a damp squib march from farage..does anyone else think it's gone eerily quiet!!

Well, did you go on the March?

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 26/03/2019 20:45

I’m liking the fact it’s gone quiet. More hope of Brecit going away for good. Lovely not to see Mogg’s ugly dial everywhere!

Rhynswynd · 26/03/2019 20:46

I'm a leaves too. I am afraid that no one is on our side now. Politicians are only out for themselves and placed all the roadblocks in order to then say "look at these roadblocks which means it is a bad idea to leave the eu "
I actually think it is still a good idea to leave the eu and that all the bad stuff has been a case of remainers saying bad things would happen and then making sure bad things happen.

I thought the roadblocks were caused by idiots slow driving their lorries......

VictoriaBun · 26/03/2019 20:51

There is a website called Reignite.org that is asking leavers to sign in the hope of showing that people are still supporting the leave campaign.

BurpsandHustles · 26/03/2019 20:53

Totally concur that a majority remain parliament is why we are where we are.

And concur that's it's them saying isn't Brexit awful.. look at this..."shit show".. when they have done nothing too make it a success.

But where are the Brexit vocies?

Led by donkeys is doing hilarious skit behind the farage march, and putting up , posters UK wide about things Brexit people have said. .. some are funny and valid.
. but where's the counter balance?

Imagine posters up of junkers famous quotes or a myriad of awful EU quotes.

I don't think marching is necessary as a leave voter right now. However I'm glad and moved by the march at weekend.

It was a fabulous March... and if only the EU spirit had any of that march's spirit.. I would have been in it.

Victoria I'm reluctant to sign or march yet.

I'd really expect MPs too be speaking out but it's gone Very quiet

I'm a leaver too.

Random18 · 26/03/2019 21:09

Led by Donkeys is a revolution - they tell the truth.

Yeah it’s the remainer MP fault. They should vote for the deal - that the Brexiteers say is shit!!

Bluntness100 · 26/03/2019 21:11

Well you always have Jacob Rees mogg as your poster boy for leave.

He's nice and vocal.

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 26/03/2019 21:13

And the reason the leaver politicians get the shit ripped out of them is because they are like comic characters. Who could actually take them seriously?

And it is a much gentler way of voicing opinions than deliberately going around threatening innocent people as a lot of Leavers seem to be doing

CheekyChops666 · 26/03/2019 21:15

I'm a leaver too

Leavers, I'm a leaver... are you out there
HarveySchlumpfenburger · 26/03/2019 21:17

What roadblocks did the remainers place and how would you have made a success of brexit OP?

donquixotedelamancha · 26/03/2019 21:18

Totally concur that a majority remain parliament is why we are where we are.

Nobody is voting for that bloody deal, especially the hard brexiteers. It's awful.

Are you seriously saying TM has done a fab job and it's all the fault of the MPs refusing to do as she says?
Do you really think the majority of MPs passed the article 50 bill and then changed their minds?

Most MPs accept we are leaving but just aren't willing to wave through a disaster. If it was a choice between revoke A50 and any other reasonable option we'd be leaving on time.

Butterymuffin · 26/03/2019 21:19

a myriad of awful EU quotes

Such as?

Maybe that's something you could put together?

thebeesknees123 · 26/03/2019 21:20

No one knows as there was no Brexit plan

SecretToffeeHammer · 26/03/2019 21:20

Read the Telegraph,OP. It’s wall to wall Brexiteers. Both writing the articles and writing the incredibly insightful below the line comments.

jasjas1973 · 26/03/2019 21:25

Why do you think that might be OP ?

The last of the people i know who voted leave, finally have succumbed and now want to remain, i asked why and he said "i'm sick to fucking death of it, i wish there had never been a vote"

He even posted a campaign to launch an inquiry into the brexit vote!!!!

I don't know anyone (in RL) now who still wants to leave.

It'll be a tragedy if we eventually leave when the nation no longer wants too.... i guess this is driving JRM's change of vote.

BurpsandHustles · 26/03/2019 21:25

Led bye donkeys is utterly Brilliant!!

They are. but there are also loads of hypocrisies said by EU that leave could call out or remain MPs.

But it's not just the scuffles...where are the leave voices in general!!

OP posts:
Apileofballyhoo · 26/03/2019 21:28

It's a pity for Leavers that the UK shares a land border with the EU that is such a problem. If it wasn't for that, you could leave completely.

Have you written to your MP?

Any chance you could tell me your reasons for voting leave?

AssassinatedBeauty · 26/03/2019 21:28

Why is it so difficult for leave supporters/politicians to make their points clearly about what they want and how they could achieve it? What's stopping them?

nrpmum · 26/03/2019 21:30

Leavers here. Feeling frustrated with the procrastination, and lack of forethought of the politicians who are, as usual, self serving.

Mammajay · 26/03/2019 21:31

Blimey listen to farage on LBC... All his callers are leavers. And Rees mogg has a slot too. I have to turn over to BBC because there is absolutely no balance in their arguments. We need a people's vote on what to do now. That is democracy in action. If the people want to leave, leave will win the people's vote.

Ohjustboreoff · 26/03/2019 21:31

I'm a leaver. I don't bother engaging anymore as the amount of remainers that are utterly vile to leavers is astonishing.
But what these sanctimonious remainers don't understand or fail to is that the majority of the British people voted to leave and the politicians are now saying "we will do what we want to do". If the U.K. doesn't leave it will be the end of democracy but at least the remainers will be too busy patting themselves on the back to realise.
