Lost another argument Brandy.

🤔🧐🤷‍♀️

mummmy2017 · 25/03/2018 14:42

Brandy the problem is that I order too feel a bully is in control they need to be little someone.
When we freely admit that as the negotiations have not finish so we don't know what the outcome will be... it cause upset...
We admit we wanted to leave the EU and are pleased it is happen ... But since no one has done this before we are happy to face a new different future and see what it bring ... It's not acceptable as an answer...
Name a place we will trade with.. don't know not happened yet... But the whole world is acceptable.
They lose it big time...

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 14:43

You asked for examples of racism. You were provided with them.

BrandySchnapps · 25/03/2018 14:48

You asked for examples of racism. You were provided with them.

Is that the 'argument I lost'?

I mistook 'here' for 'here'.

And I don't frequent Britain first sites or similar.

If that's 'losing an argument' then so be it - nae dramz.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 14:52

Because leavers here whinge about racism being associated with Brexit. You’ve been provided with evidence so we can put that particular whinge to bed now can’t we?

BrandySchnapps · 25/03/2018 14:52

I 'lost an argument' - you lost the referendum.

I'm over it, are you?!

LondonMum8 · 25/03/2018 14:54

@mummmy2017 If you've lost an argument, you are not being bullied. If you lose arguments over and over again, people will tend to think you are a moron, that's just life and human nature.
Don't be a drama queen, it's a very transparent defence mechanism.

KennDodd · 25/03/2018 14:56

But the whole world is acceptable.
I meet exporters all the time through my job, they are exporting all over the world. Brexit rarely comes up because it's not relevant to by visit, when it does it is greeted with universal pessimism, as an obstacle to be overcome. Also because March 2019 isn't too far away it's starting to create difficulties and nervousness in customers abroad because they don't know what the regulatory environment will be making it difficult to sign contracts. I haven't spoken to any exporters since the new transition agreement basicly kicking the can down the road until the end of 2021

You only have to go into any shop to see we already do trade with the whole world.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 14:57

Ah, back to the sound bites. You don’t sound like winners. Ask the fishermen.

Moussemoose · 25/03/2018 15:00

I 'lost an argument' - you lost the referendum

That's a well put together argument. I will respond with "you have a stinky bum" - it's awhile since I've been in a primary school playground but I believe that's how it goes.

Or should I go for " my dad can beat up your dad"?

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 15:03

UK signed a trade deal last month with China, whilst in the EU. If ever there was evidence leavers here don’t have a clue....

bearbehind · 25/03/2018 15:10

Name a place we will trade with.. don't know not happened yet... But the whole world is acceptable.

But mummmy, you repeatedly state you don't like the fact we can't do trade deals whilst in SM/CU yet can't think of a single example of a product or country we would want to enter into an agreement with that we couldn't before.

It's the perfect example of why Leavers have been brainwashed.

You've repeated that comment so many times yet you've never actually thought about it.

It hasn't occurred to you that we could have done pretty much what we wanted whilst in the EU.

It also hasn't occurred to you that all you are doing is proving Leavers arguments hold no water whatsoever.

I've said it before, I actually have much more time for surfer who genuinely doesn't give a shiney shite what happens as long as we can say we've left.

That makes more sense, in a bizarre way, than people like you who say you want something yet can't even begin to give an example because you've not actually thought that far.

mummmy2017 · 25/03/2018 15:12

Too funny.
Mr Davis today.
Free trade agreement..
House insurance .. no deal....
We can walk away is deal voted down.
Hi Tec NI solution... never been tried So how do you know it won't work... He said this not me..
So all the things I said he has repeated..
Wonder if his wife is on here....

bearbehind · 25/03/2018 15:16

never been tried So how do you know it won't work

FFS, that's exactly the problem.

It might work eventually but it sure as shit won't be ready in time for our departure.

DD was an absolute arse on Andrew Marr today.

His arrogant comments will be our downfall.

Yet again he thinks it's big and clever to dismiss what's already been agreed by saying we don't have to abide by it if we don't ultimately get what we what.

He will use up any good will, not that there's much left.

mummmy2017 · 25/03/2018 15:35

These comments come from someone who DOES attend the meetings and still you lot are right and he is wrong....
Oh and the guardian called people who made comments about racist and stupid brexiteers.. liberals. It wasn't written as a cocomplimentary word...
If the hat fits wear it...

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 15:39

Mummy, politicians say lots of things. Sometimes what they say is utter bollocks. You’d have to be pretty ignorant to put blind faith in politicians, particularly ones peddling a campaign that was full of mis-truths. But now I see how people are blinded by media and political propaganda

bearbehind · 25/03/2018 15:39

What evidence is there that DD is correct mummmy?

Just because he says something, it doesn't automatically make it true.

There's absolutely no evidence to suggest we could have a technological solution in NI by the time we leave yet you're happy to believe we can because 1 politician says it's possible.

More brainwashing- you only hear what you want to hear.

JWIM · 25/03/2018 15:42

My understanding of the NI issue is that it arises because there will be an enforceable customs border not that there are ways of mitigating that new enforceable border. Therefore it doesn't matter if the customs accountability happens away from the 300 miles of border, the fact that the GFA/BA/peace agreement operates on the basis of the border under the terms of the SM/CU is the key. Change that status and you breach the agreement.

Yes, there might be an acceptable to all parties change but there is nothing to discuss let alone agree at this stage - hence NI remaining in the SM/CU. Whatever DD says or thinks he cannot unilaterally impose a 'solution'.

LondonMum8 · 25/03/2018 15:47

Judging by mummy2017's response, and assuming she is fairly representative of the Leave voter base, DD is doing a great job as a figurehead for the Brexit mafia. His primitive soundbites and a Clacton ice cream van man delivery are exactly what's needed to keep the numpties happy for a bit longer.

Again, the question is: who will ultimately benefit from this in a tangible way. The figureheads get paid. Who else?

mummmy2017 · 25/03/2018 15:55

You lot really take the biscuit.
When will you realise this man is paid to do the job.
No 10 knew he would be on this show. Are you so blind that no matter how high up in government the person talking is, if it doesn't conform to your personal views it is wrong...
So now we know all you say is just your wishful thinking.
Your more deluded than I even thought. And my opinion of you was bad enough...

bearbehind · 25/03/2018 16:00

mummmy when will it dawn on you that politician are paid to say what people want to hear?

TM has done more u-turns than I can list.

We've conceded virtually every one of our so called red line, except SM/CU so far and that's just a matter of time.

It's you who is delusional for believing what 1 man says above what all the evidence tells us.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 25/03/2018 16:01

Yes no 10 knew he would be on the show and was no doubt briefed that the useful idiots would be hanging off every word espoused by DD.

mummmy2017 · 25/03/2018 16:06

You poor blind fools...
DD goes to the very meetings you want to know about...
Wow He is wrong.. can't happen ... not possible because you say so.....
Somehow I think I should place more trust in a real person. Then a post on MN..

Your suddenly becoming a laughing stock.... in your own life time.

bearbehind · 25/03/2018 16:11

mummmy you really are the perfect example of someone brainwashed by the media.

There's literally not an ounce of evidence to support DDs comments yet you believe them because he's saying what you want to hear.

I'd feel sorry for you if this wasn't so damaging to everyone else.
