THE BREXIT FALLOUT CONTINUES - THREAD NINE

The Tories have settled their scores and May is now PM.
Is it May's Day or May Day for the people?

After careful consideration I thought the best way to sum up the Labour Contest was in one simple picture. May Day, might also be appropriate here too.

Things are moving fast, so hold on tight for the Brexit Ride

Sense of humour compulsory. No experience necessary though

Ok, so Boris was maybe as a nod to the Brexiters but then again he wasn't a convinced Brexiter, he was only there for the job, so maybe that Brexit won't happen after all.

All I did was take an hour out to watch the Tour highlights and she bloody well appoints Johnson. Gaffe prone, flag waving what could possibly go wrong?
How much input would Foreign Secretary have to negotiations to replace the European relationships? Actually I'm sure that's already been covered, maybe it's a sort of punishment fatigue for him ( hopeful).

I am assuming BJ will be backed up by some serious junior talent and a lot of civil servant wranglers to limit his opportunity to fuck up on a global scale, in the hopes he'll get bored and go back to writing columns?

My thought exactly. Brexiter in big job, but not the Brexit job. Will keep him busy and abroad. Harder to plot.

Evil Genius move by May? Or Disaster in waiting?

To think, Britain's new Foreign Secretary will have to deal with not just part-Kenyans but whole Kenyans....

Is she trying to educate Boris?!

I presume the Permanent Secretary at the FO is a serious heavyweight?

Preferably so much so that they can sit on Boris on a regular basis?
