It's easy for people to judge if they haven't had to be in this position. I guess I judge them back. I imagine them as insufferable middle class smug marrieds with their expensive kitchens

You probably imagine correctly, @bitheby. I haven’t seen that thread and I’m not sure I want to!

Also, sounds like you had good timing @bitheby as they do say you’re best to ‘try’ before a positive opk.

I got a result on a cheap OPK this afternoon. Put it into Premom and it says high, so will be meeting our donor tonight. Do you think I should ask him for tomorrow too just to cover all bases. The last one we did was Saturday night. Still no solid smiley on Clearblue.

It won’t hurt @KLO0224 so I would say I’d your donor can do tomorrow as well then fill your boots. Wow, that was a bad choice of phrase but I’m not going to change it!! 😂🙈

😂 made me laugh! He said yes to both days so that’s my next 2 nights filled! It’s my partners birthday tomorrow too, what a way to celebrate 😂

But what a birthday present if you're successful @KLO0224! oh, and, maybe not fill your boots with your donation, it won't help!!

That’s where I’ve been going wrong then! 😂 that would be a nice belated birthday present for her if we are successful. Just reordered more preseed, pots, syringes and OPK’s for next month. I like to be prepared and stocked up! How are you @Waiting2BAMummy where are you in your cycle now? Xx

it's good to be prepared @KLO0224, hopefully you'll be kicking yourself for buying that stuff and then not needing it!

I'm okay, somewhere in my TWW. I didn't use opk's so have no idea when I ovulated but expect AF sometime next week. It's a year ago this month since my chemical so would like to see a BFP but not holding out any hope on that one. I can't seem to get one when I time it perfectly so the spin round and put your finger in the air plan is probably set for disaster lol

@Waiting2BAMummy sorry to hear it’s a year now since your chemical. I really hope this month is the one for you.

I didn’t see that thread but I did see an article that they’re talking about banning Facebook groups for sperm donors rather than the act?

I didn't meet either of my donors via Facebook so I wonder if it's just Facebook or any app/ site.

Feeling much more upbeat today. No idea if it's psychological or hormonal but best to just enjoy it!
