World book day tomorrow. So. I’ve spent lunchtime scrabbling around trying to find stuff to make ds a tiger costume for nursery tomorrow.

Orange tshirt and black joggers (next £10)
Felt (orange black and white squares £10)
Fabric glue
Cat ears (and I’ll stick orange triangles in the ears to make tiger ears)

And some bunny ears for Dd.

Didn’t get the job. I basically got told they might be able to find a job two bands lower if I was interested and wanted a way into the nhs . Job hunting is so demoralising!

Not sure why they bothered inviting me to interview then!

I’ve said I might consider a band lower. Two bands lower would basically take me back to the level I started working at over 15 years ago. It’s just depressing as I’ve always worked, and I have loads of skills.

But rubbish at interviews.

@Love that is a bummer l AM sorry . Would you consider going in lower and working up to another grade ? I know it can be as much as 13k less between band 5 and 7 if not more , it sucks big time
