He doesn't explain why he is prepared to give up his job which he has trained many years for for the sake of a vaccine.
Also he says he has had covid at some point or other, doesn't sound like a PCR positive, more like he has done an antibody test and has antibodies.
If he has worked in covid ITU he is probably getting continuous exposure and that is maintaining his immunity. But is this the same for every health care worker? Can we risk discouraging people from vaccination? Boosters do seem to be helping. What is his solution if its not vaccination?
