No period since covid vaccine

I had my first covid vaccine in August and haven't had a period since. I'm going to book a drs appointment when they reopen but I'm so worried. I know lots of women have had issues with their period but has anyone else missed so many?

And they don’t believe misinterpretation of data to suit an agenda.

One family member out of 2 so 50%. Friends … well 2 Ironman athletes. A cyclist. A rower. Several swimmers. Several work colleagues. Go onto friends of friends and it’s countless

50% out of everyone you know is "vaccine injured"? @Diannejb

I mean it's just not true is it? Billions of doses given - if this was valid we'd be currently experiencing a global disaster.

It's difficult because a minority of people genuinely do experience serious side effects, and nonsense like this detracts from them getting appropriate treatment, recognition and compensation.

Diannejb · 05/11/2022 13:10

But according to ONS data more people died of covid in same period this year than in 2020 before jab.

So it's the classic "ignore any replies pointing out nonsense in previous claims, and swerve onto another fake claim" protocol.

When that's debunked, you'll just moved onto the next. Repeat x infinity, until you decide to change username.

I am sure if you bothered to link the actual ONS report rather than cherry picking a statement, they would provide that data in context.

The latest data from our #COVID19 Infection Survey show in the week ending 24 October 2022:

▪️ infections decreased in England and Wales
▪️ infections continued to increase in Northern Ireland
▪️ there was an uncertain trend in Scotland

Dr Mary Ramsay, director of public health programmes at the UKHSA, said: “The continued success of the vaccination programme means that Covid-19 cases and hospitalisation rates are still falling across the UK.

“This is excellent news, but we need to make sure that we remain protected through the winter. We are urging everyone to come forward and take up all the vaccine doses for which they are eligible as soon as possible.

MeowwandAnder · 05/11/2022 13:21

That’s the latest ONS data as far as I can see??

Diannejb · 05/11/2022 14:07

Check it yourself!! Amazing that people believe those making millions out of pushing the jab rather than reputable scientists snd doctors who are ostracised snd in many cases out of work for trying to ‘do no harm’!

Diannejb · 05/11/2022 14:07

If you're claiming nonsense, the onus is on you to provide proof, not for others to try and find something that doesn't exist?

ather than reputable scientists snd doctors who are ostracised snd in many cases out of work for trying to ‘do no harm’

please name one credible expert (so someone who has relevant expertise and who's claims are based on robust evidence) who did not recommend vaccination for the general population

as always, you choose to ignore the views of 99.9% of experts to push the agenda of a tiny minority

Diannejb · 05/11/2022 14:49

Some people are beyond reason. Sorry for you.

I don't understand your replies @Diannejb

You're making a series of unrelated statements about the coronavirus vaccines being useless/dangerous, and are refusing to engage with anyone or provide any evidence for your claims.

What's the point?

MeowwandAnder · 05/11/2022 15:51

@Diannejb

You can’t really accuse others of being unreasonable when you are not presenting reasonable evidence yourself, or debating in a reasonable way.

Sleeplessinthesouth71 · 06/11/2022 15:43

I don't know of a single case of a vaccine injury in ny friends and family circle.
Know of a couple who died from COVID pre vaccibe though.
Clearly everyone's experience is different.

Out of all my friends and friends-of-friends, I know of one guy who developed myocarditis.

It hasn't changed his, or my, opinion on the vaccination programme and who it's offered to though.

MeowwandAnder · 07/11/2022 06:15

I’ll. add that I don’t know of a single case of vaccine injury through friends or friends of friends. I know of 3 deaths due to Covid itself, a close family member with long Covid, a close family member who had a MIS reaction - plus many who couldn’t get urgent hospital appointments due to the NHS being at full capacity.

MeowwandAnder · 07/11/2022 06:17

Oh and two friends in their thirties hospitalised with Covid.

herecomesthsun · 07/11/2022 07:03

wow such unscientific ignorance! I'll stick with Sarah Gilbert and Kate Bingham, thanks.

herecomesthsun · 07/11/2022 07:06

Sorry, that was to the poster suggesting that "reputable" doctors and scientists are generally not supporting vaccination 🤔

MixedUpChameleon · 29/11/2022 07:23

Want to give my update.

So I had my periods stop and FSH went to post menopause levels are first vaccine. Period returned 3 months later.

Had second vaccine this June so I could go on holiday (wish I hadn't now) FSH went even higher than first time. Went to 56. Hot flashes etc. anyway I have now just had my first proper period and hot flashes stopped etc. waiting on blood results to confirm FSH level. Will report back to let anyone else going through this know that it is TEMPORARY. Doctors were not able to reassure me and told me I'm in menopause at 36. This was false.

MixedUpChameleon · 29/11/2022 10:58

Just had blood results. My FSH levels are 4.4!! So they went to 56 after jab... and are now back down to 4.4.

So happy.

Just letting you all know to give hope to anyone else who finds themselves googling menopause symptoms after jab.

It's temporary. Body just needs time to rebalance

Ballingall1 · 06/01/2022 18:35

Iam the same i had my first vaccine in May 21 then my 2nd in July and haven't had a single period since Definitely think this should be discussed more as its a strange coincidence it's happening to so many people

Correlation does not equal causation.

YellowTulip22 · 30/11/2022 06:37

My period JUST returned today too! I'm very sure ive ovulated 2 weeks ago. I had all of the ovulation symptoms. Egg white CM, tender enlarged nipples, high sex drive, some acne, and severe bloating afterwards (that's how my body reacts to progesterone all my life)

My menstruation completely stopped after the 3rd shot. Was diagnosed with POI and told that I'll never ovulate naturally again. I was told my ovaries are done. Fsh too high. Estrogen levels close to none. Welll... 9 months of POI, my levels are back to normal now and menstruating again 😀

FromEden · 30/11/2022 21:53

Would you stop, it's been well established at this stage that the vaccines cause menstrual issues! They just don't know the mechanism as yet.

Congratulations. It's very hard to go through this alone with no one to reassure you or offer any kind of reason as to why the jab does This. I felt in total panic. My FSH level had risen to 56 and I was having 20 hot flushes a day. Constant headache. Night sweats. Unable to sleep.

Then my wonderful body managed to rebalance itself. Slowly but surely the hot flushes became less frequent. I started to get cervical mucus again. The headache started to go away. I started to sleep like a log with no hot flushes. My sex drive started to return. I had about 6 days of light light light spotting which I counted as a weird break through bleed.. 2 weeks after that I ovulated.. and 2 weeks after that I had my period.

I should also add that my hair was falling out due to the hormone imbalance. My hair is now not falling out anymore. My skin feels like a babies. It was so rough and bumpy during the menopause experience. Never again will I take hormones for granted.

Anyway. I just really feel women need hope and reassurance that our bodies are very good at rebalancing and just need time.

Xx

@MixedUpChameleon @YellowTulip22

Im glad your cycles and hormone levels have gone back to normal, that must be such a relief for both of you!

@MixedUpChameleon its funny you mention hair loss as I was gradually losing hair in peri (a bit thin at the front on one side) but after the first vaccine I had completely lost a patch of my hair about the size of a 50p coin on the back of my head. It’s grown back now but I didn’t make any connection to possible vaccine induced hormone levels. But looking back this ties in. But don’t suppose I’ll ever know what caused it.

Im going to be at the One year mark next week since my last period. My hot flushes and night sweats have returned over the past few weeks but am so over this now. I am hoping that they don’t last too much longer. I just want to come out the other side a bit more human!
