How many positives cases do you know right now?

From living in an area that thankfully had low numbers in previous waves, it’s been the opposite this time and I’m surprised how many people I know currently have it. Some of them aren’t sure where they’re catching it either (no kids/jobs); are triple jabbed and ‘careful’ with mask wearing etc.

Honestly about 15 at least, that includes family, 3 neighbours and dc friends

Two and one suspect me my youngest and my other son most likely has it too

Quite a few. Probably more that don't know they have it yet. Four of the nine I spent Xmas day with . Fifth awaiting test result. Six and seven awaiting PCR test. Hope I escape as only had it a month ago

Oh and all 'careful'. Our spreader caught it from a 121 meeting, not some big event.

0 but then in two years of this bloody pandemic I've only known 2 people have it and one worked in a hospital and I worked with her husband who understandibly caught it from her.

Me and my son haven't had it, my mother and grandmother who I visit daily haven't had it. My brother and his wife +3 children haven't caught it.

No work colleague other than the one mentioned has had it, and we all work in the community and have done so on a face to face basis throughout the pandemic 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's bizzare. However covid does exist and is real. I think me my family and my colleagues are just an anomaly 🤣

My FB feed is full of pics of positive LFT (why do people do that?).

About 6 or 8. More at the same time than I've known previously. The cases chart for my area shows a massive spike in the past month or two.

Honestly loads - about 20. Nobody seriously ill though.

More than I've known in the whole time. About 6 whole families of very close friends. None of them connected to each other.

I know of 2 families who have it in their households at the moment. One is a family of 3 who all have it. The other family, I'm not sure how many of them have tested positive, but they definitely have at least 1 person with Covid right now.

12 at the moment all individuals, that number could rise in next few days with their family members.

Today 4. Last week about 10

2 people currently. My nephew and niece.

None right now and I only know 1 person who has had COVID.

Must be getting on for 50 if I’m counting immediate family of friends and colleagues. Local friends, people I know at the gym, colleagues, ex colleagues. A colleague’s husband died on Xmas day.
