We had it a couple of weeks ago, I felt rough for one day, both kids were absolutely fine. The worst part of the damn virus in this house was dealing with the test and trace idiots.

I don't actually know for sure, as I was in a clinical role back in March 2020 and had a respiratory infection at one point (before testing was available).

Yes, myself, DH and DS had it in September. DS not yet vaccinated, me and DH double jabbed - all mild symptoms. DD didn’t get it.

Yes - I had delta in May (we were an early hotspot - PHE phoned and confirmed it was delta and asked lots of questions about symptoms). I wouldn’t have known without a PCR test - my symptoms were synonymous with hay fever. No headache/ cough/ temperature/ loss of taste or smell.

Yes in November last year. We all had it, DP was most ill but none of us were the most ill we've ever been.

Yup October 2020. Worst symptom was loss of smell (returned 10 days later but husband still struggles with his Sad)

Thought I had it again last week after a faint positive LFT result (after the recommended 30 min test time). A PCR 2 hours later brought a negative result but then some weird symptoms started the next day - similar to last time.

Then got another positive line on a LFT two days after that, I was convinced it was covid but another PCR straight after that also came back negative (in this time I did lots more LFTs which were negative).

Another PCR taken last night has brought another negative PCR so I am finally accepting it's not covid again!

Moral of the story - don't flip out if you get a faint positive LFT as they aren't as reliable as I thought.

Not as far as we know. Me, dh, fil, mil, my mum, my bro, dc, bil, ail and nephew have not had it.

Dh had a really bad fever and cough late Dec19/Jan20 so we wonder if we have it from there.

We all don’t go out much other than shopping/outdoor places and only dh and bil go to the office.

Yes about two weeks now and I'm double jabbed. So fucking tired doing anything so no working for me. So many headaches. No taste or smell yet. A day of the shits (deeply unpleasant). Snappy at kids. Also, a really heavy painful period to cap it off. Still grumpy at not being able to go out.

Still, very grateful to be double jabbed and not be hospitalised like others I know; and I have not passed it onto my family as far as I know (many many negative tests lateral flow and PCR)

No - none of the 4 of us have. Feels like we're on borrowed time tbh as families are being picked off one by one around us and there are outbreaks in dcs schools.

Yes end of July between jabs. Lost smell and taste and felt like I had flu.

Yes. The whole family went down with it in January/February. Caught it from the GP
surgery when I took toddler in for a blood test.

Yes, tested positive on New Year’s Eve. DH had had his first jab a couple of days before, and must have been positive but didn’t know it.

Yes. March 2020. Never confirmed obvs. But I suffered from Long Covid for 19 months. Turned a corner a month ago and feel quite well currently apart from a slightly 'burning' right lung! But those 19 months were hell, pure hell. My initial infection was very mild though, ive had much worse colds.
