If you've been out today what has been the general consensus?

Been shopping this afternoon and was so nice albeit really strange to not wear my mask! I hesitated going in at first because it felt like I'd forgotten something!

If you've been out today, what did you find was the general consensus of people around you either wearing or not wearing masks?

I actually didn't see anyone in a mask which surprised me as I thought quite a lot would still wear them!

Most people were wearing a mask in the gym, supermarket and greggs today.

Everyone wearing masks in shops today where I am. No masks outside but it's boiling and not necessary so that's understandable.

I don’t know where you live but here in the NE cases are extremely high and most people seem to realise that this is a small thing we can do to try to keep cases down and business open.

Opposite to you, I was pleased to see most people at the supermarket and on the school run still wearing them and keeping their distance

Only about 1 in 10 people I saw today didn't have a mask on

Work - we're continuing with masks etc, I work in education so only 5 days until the holidays anyway.

Popped into a farm shop on the way home. I wore my mask, just a habit really! Didn't think about it until I got back to the car, then realised most others had masks on too

My local supermarket was shut (having stayed open throughout everything else) due to lack of staff due to isolation rules - so I couldn’t really tell. Didn’t go anywhere else.

There was a few less but not as many as I expected actually.

Felt weird to go into a pub and be able to order at the bar though!!

I've been to get petrol and to a local mini supermarket. Petrol station no one wearing masks, including staff. Supermarket one member of staff was, but no one else. I wore mine both times. Bit depressing. I thought more people would carry on.

Everyone in my local Sainsbury were all wearing masks including myself this morning and have been into the town this afternoon and everyone was wearing masks in the shops and post office that I went into.

Overground train 85% to 90% masks - London central ish

Very quiet and then more people put them on as it got busier

I’ve been shopping to Oxford city centre today and I would say around 70% still wearing masks including a lot of staff in stores, I wore mine in shops where it looked busy but not walking from store to store, it was quite quiet out though but then it is a Monday. I feel disrespectful not wearing my mask if the staff in the store are having to but also feel like I don’t want to wear one if it’s not busy/crowded. Very conflicting advice as usual!

I didn't see anyone without a mask in a shop.

I went to Matalan with a dpd parcel and the post office. I think 100% of people were masked and this is a bit of an, ahem, rough area.

Happy to see everyone still thinking of others, wearing masks and stepping into road if necessary to keep distance

I'm still wearing a mask because I don't want to catch Covid and pass it on to my CEV son. Most people in Sainsbury's were wearing masks, which was surprising.

Most wearing masks in local town and shopping centre, less so outdoors.

I set of early only a few on the bus not wearing masks, on way home about 50% not wearing, couple of shops no-one wearing one and in the pub no-one.

I went to Sainsburys and I'd say 95% wearing masks.

I've been to a cafe, garden centre and the GP's today. Café was I would say about 80% of people wearing masks while walking around inside. It was very quiet so no difficulties with distancing from those who weren't using them and no one seemed worried one way or the other. At the garden centre I think everyone was wearing a mask and at the GP surgery everyone wearing a mask.

Everyone in my neighborhood will of course be wearing masks. No mass murderers here thank you very much.

I’d say 90% mask wearing in shops and loads out and about as well, which surprised me. I’m still wearing a mask in shops.
But it’s nice to see a lot of people out and about and enjoying the sunshine and having a choice about mask wearing, to be honest.

I'd say 75% still wearing them on school run which is outside obviously.

Most people on the train also had them on.

So not much change here really

Almost everyone still wearing masks. All shops here requesting that they are worn.
