The local press was frothing at the mouth yesterday reporting the dramatic increase........ 115 cases in a county population of 665,000. FFS.

Until the media take responsibility and stop panicking those with health anxiety, we're in this forever. Next we'll be locking down for norovirus.

Yep agree we are all mugs and being played for fools, turn off your test and trace, stop testing healthy children twice a week, let’s all get back to normal, less testing less daily Covid numbers. Europe aren’t testing as much as us but we are penalised for our high numbers, it’s ridiculous

I don’t really understand why someone telling us not to listen to the government expects people to listen to them?

If I put any stock in the ‘sheeple’ mindset (I don’t) surely this is just a different herder trying to control what I do?

Agree this needs to end.

There are too many exceptions to the rules for special people (the rich, the powerful, the bolshy, etc.)

The epsilon variant was first identified last year en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/SARS-CoV-2_Epsilon_variant

It doesn’t seem to have rocked America yet, certainly not in the same way delta hit India or the UK.

Let's hope this is a milder variant then
