I spoke to our H&S director today and told him I am struggling. He told me that if I need 2 walks a day, to do it.

He agreed, we need to do what we need to do to get through it. He also agreed to me bringing another rperson back, even though he was told not to.

Looking after ourselves mentally, is so important.
