Unless I'm being really stupid, it doesn't look like the numbers have been updated for today, it still says 24th March

Not seen any reasons as to why they are delayed?

This is so sad Sad

Apparantly it includes post mortem results, so not just a twenty four hour result. We aren’t expecting a down ward trajectory yet, the peak isn’t till nearly two weeks away.

Lockheart · 27/03/2020 14:41

I doubt we'll see a downward trajectory until a week or two past the introduction of the new guidelines this week.

The virus has a long-ish incubation period (last I read the average was 5 days but up to 14), therefore in theory the effects of mass social distancing and so forth won't be felt at minimum until next week. We might see some downward trajectory of cases over the weekend if the 5 day average is correct AND the social distancing measures are adequate, but we'd need more than a couple of day's data to say there is a definite downward trend.

I think it will take longer than 5 days because most people badly affected take a few days to reach that point. They are the ones who are currently being tested so I think at least a week
That said i do think social distancing was being pushed before the lock down and children especially seemed to be respecting it but also lots of adults
