Chablis and duchy organic medjool dates (also know as good of the gods). Those too proud to stockpile will have downgrade to M&S dates and Prosecco at the risk of social suicide.

Yes I think fuel. Not because it will be in short supply, but people will think it will be in short supply, so they’ll panic buy. Then it’ll be in short supply. Fabulous

Why would there be fuel shortages when people will want to travel less?

UHT milk and cream, fuel.

We’ve stocked up on UHT milk, UHT cream and milk powder. We’re not big milk drinkers but we cook with it. We’re driving the cars with no less than 3/4 tanks

Because people tend to panic buy. And frenzy feeds frenzy. Why have they panic bought loo roll? Makes no sense.

Latex gloves - I need them for when I am peeling beetroot or making curries. The shop assistant was gobsmacked that they’d all gone!

With the exception of hand gel there was plenty of the above In Tesco today. Savers and Wilko also looked pretty well stocked.

I did notice though that the big packets of Yorkshire tea were running low.
