Airplane terror attack

If stabbing a fellow pilot and trying to down a plane with 180 Israelis isn't terrorism what is?

It seems like a mass terrorism event has been fouled but heroes on an air plane this morning

Many if our news outlets are describing this as a stabbing on an airplane. No...if you stab the pilot and the plane plummet towards the ground that is an attempt at mass murder... terrorism.

Are the media so afraid now of using the word terrorism that they completely downplay the event. Third rated news article in the Guardian after political stories

It's a reminder of how many enemies Israel has and what they are prepared to do.

A fabrication, hmmm? Like the fabrication that Hamas terrorists raped, murdered and took hostage Israelis and visitors, while filming it all and posting the videos online? Don’t be so naive, Jelly, of course that was all fabricated by the Israelis. Or perhaps like the fabrication that 6 million Jews were murdered bytheNazis during WW2? Don’t be silly, Jelly, they were just sent to work camps. Maybe it wasn’t so pleasant there, but who on earth would render down human beings for their fat, or burn them to use their ashes as fertiliser, or flay them to make parchment lampshades from their skin? Anyway, it was all part of a world Zionist plot to - what?

You make me feel sick with your attitude.

Brilliantly said. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A fabrication by whom? And for what reason?

For political reasons! See the Fairfield incident too.

Obviously not.

It's basic Physics/basic flying.

If for example you flew a 20 degree nose down descent in an airliner (not that you'd generally want to) even at high air speed you'd only be experiencing around 1g.

You'd certainly be able to walk down the aisle though it would feel like you were trying to walk down a steep ramp.

You need to wait to see any data released from the flight recorders before judging how easy or difficult movement would be.

That's not what I have read from people who understand physics and understand planes. Still, let's wait to see if anything is released from the flight recorders and by whom.

Lol. You've got your knickers in a twist over this because you can't find it in yourself to believe a story of Israeli, Indian and Saudi people working to defeat the terror threat. I know this post won't last as pointing this out to you might be seen as some by a personal attack, but you are so full of preconceived ideas about what Israeli people are like that this simply... does not compute.
It's on video. It's on data. There's eyewitness accounts. Its a really positive story. And you can't see it. I feel really sorry for you.

What a bizarre post. No, I am not interested in deleting it. I prefer to let it speak for itself. I've no idea what you think my comment has to do with 'Israeli people' or people of different nationalities working together. Again, such an odd comment. Thanks for feeling sorry for me but it's really not necessary. As it happens, I feel sorry for those who automatically believe whatever they are fed, without the ability to think critically.

I can.

You do realise not all Muslims are brown? 🙄My son is half Palestinian with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Fairer complexion than me. Not saying all Hindus are brown either.

Having lived in Oman, UAE and having travelled to the vast majority of Islamic countries with my previous airline, I can tell a Muslim and a Hindu apart. I can tell if someone is Palestinian as they have a distinctive nose compared to neighbouring countries. I’ve never guessed wrong.

It’s quite funny you will brand anyone a racist who goes against your views. For the record, do you have any experience working in aviation or living in an Islamic country?

Edited

Are you able to point out where I said that all Muslims or Hindus are brown?
The stereotyping in the initial post is undoubtedly racist. To suggest that most people can tell a Muslim vs a Hindu on sight is ridiculous but I'm sure you know that already.

That doesn't really answer the question. Who is faking a terroriat attack (or attacks apparently) and to what end?

You haven’t responded, do you have experience working in the aviation industry or living in an Islamic country?

You're ignorantly saying that an Indian Hindu and a Muslim can’t be differentiated? Of course they can.

Like the usual narrative, you seem to push that people aren’t ‘cultured’ enough or racist if they go against your agenda and believe this attempted hijacking did indeed happen

For the record, I’ve lived in numerous Gulf countries, been married into a Palestinian family and worked for the main airline to the UAE. I have close friends who work for Flydubai.

Surely most people wouldn't be able to tell a Indian Muslim and a Indian Hindu apart. Unless they were dressed in religious clothing.

I can also tell. In fact I had decided against saying so yesterday because I couldn’t really be bothered but today’s a new day.

sickofsixseven · Today 02:16

Apparently the perpetrator had been banned from flying for a previous airline because they believed he had been radicalized. Flydubai will have a lot of questions to answer. Also according to some of the eyewitnesses, flight attendants wanted the co pilot to be untied. Wtaf? He'd just tried to kill everyone

You still don't seem to have managed what was written. So much nonsense in your post and lots of accusations which have no link to what I wrote.

Stop harassing me to give you personal information online. I am not interested in your personal information either. My post wasn't directed at you and wasn't about you.

As I have already said, I don't know exactly what was involved in this incident. I said that the story we are being told has as many holes in it as a piece of Swiss cheese. I haven't pushed any narrative. Multiple posters on here have certainly done so and assumed things. Again, try reading things and pausing to think before flinging accusations around.

Actually I am genuinely grateful for the transparency of @rainingsnoringposts.

It simply demonstrates how certain cultures and groups are simply not compatible with Western values yet in a world of "be kind" are tolerated.

Another odd post, which has no link whatsoever to what I have written. What cultures and groups are you referring to that you think are not compatible with all those Western values, you know all that wonderful free speech and acceptance? 😂
Do you see the irony in what you have written?

Surely most people wouldn't be able to tell a Indian Muslim and a Indian Hindu apart. Unless they were dressed in religious clothing.

Of course most people can't tell the difference, the great majority, particularly the mostly Western/British people on MN.

Oh, and thank you for being the sole voice of honesty and sense in the midst of a massive pile on, whatever your views are about this incident.

I don't know. It would be speculation to give an answer. I'm not even sure you actually want an genuine answer anyway.

Would you be willing to accept that someone having a Physics degree (OK, long time ago) and then flying aircraft for a living for over four decades, might just conceivably fall in the category of someone who had an understanding physics and understanding aircraft?

Of course I want a genuine answer, that's why I'm asking.

And you're already speculating.Bit weird that you know for a fact that what happened on the plane is a fabrication and yet you have no idea who fabricated it and why.

That poster won't answer because what it will boil down to is "the jews who control everything did it" and perhaps they have a modicum of self awareness to know that its not really a good look outside of whatever echo chamber they're in
