Why aren't women and children being evacuated from gaza?

I've just seen horrific photos of starving children on a news article. Why on earth are we not evacuating them? The population isn't huge, if split between many countries the cost of supporting them would be minimal compared to other expenditure.
I don't understand how it's been left to get to this point without anyone intervening, or really how everyone hasn't intervened.
Who cares about the land at this point, these are children who are likely to die by the look of them, who could live a happy healthy life somewhere else.

Young people with university offers in the UK aren’t being allowed in by our government (several Cambridge Colleges lobbying on their behalf at the moment). I wouldn’t know whether there is also a problem leaving but I suspect given the situation that it is difficult to leave Gaza now. In these situations it becomes harder and harder to leave. All borders are closed. There are no embassies to approach. How exactly would they go about leaving? Head to a check point and ask nicely?

The starving children thing has already been debunked. It’s Palestinian propaganda. They basically put children who have cancer in front of the camera and make them say things for the footage. I saw it on YouTube.

I’ve seen “footage” of bigfoot on Youtube doesn’t mean it’s real, nothing is debunked by a Youtube video. Children are starving and dying from starvation, amongst a plethora of other things.

See what Norman Finkelstein has said/written. His parents were actual Holocaust survivors. That could be a good starting point.

If, big if, children are starving- it’s down to Hamas stealing the aid and it ends up on market stalls at inflated prices.

Whatever you have seen on YouTube I think I trust the BBC and UN and over 100 aid agencies who are quite clear that starvation is possible if not already happening

I think a good question is why doesn’t Egypt open its border with Gaza? They could offer safe asylum for Gazans. I’m sure that would be acceptable to Israel. So why is there no analysis of why this isn't happening? It seems the most logical solution.

The truth is too uncomfortable and would destabilise the new hate for Israel. The wheels on the bandwagon would soon come rolling off. Then again, I think some are just too entrenched now. They've swallowed the narrative, hook line and sinker.

We were quick enough to get Ukrainians in need over here. What would actually happen if KS told Israel he was sending a plane to evacuate some women and children ? Would they actually stop us doing that ?

Well of course the first ptoblem is Gaza hasn't got an airport, so the first practical issue is would Israel or one of it's neighbours (e.g. Egypt) allow use of one of their's and also allow safe passage of refugees

Your last sentence, reaffirms what I said. You also think all Jews agree with the Marxist, Finkelstein, who demonises Israel? I bet you wouldn't have shown interest, otherwise. The holocaust isn't some political football.

I wish people would get their stories straight. First the UN are refusing to distribute the aid, now Hamas are stealing it. What next, a bigger boy did it and ran away?
