Israel has been found to be committing genocide in Gaza by legal teams from the UN, Amnesty and Human Rights Watch. Israel has deliberately attacked MSF ambulances and clinics and the World Central Kitchen killing overseas volunteers including a British army vet.
See Amnesty video explaining below

Jewish-American Dr. Mark Perlmutter on what he saw in Gaza and why he believes it's deliberate genocide (warning - heart breaking)

On average one child is being killed every 45minutes. Over 100 were killed 18th and 19th March alone. There has been a total blockade preventing entry of food or medicine since the start of March.

Israel is an apartheid state according to the ICJ, UN, B'Tselem, Yesh Din, Amnesty, Human Rights Watch.

The British government is supporting Israel in this genocide with military recon flights and arms. Our government did not stop supporting White Apartheid South Africa until it was forced to by British people's outrage, and by the global boycott. It is time to do the same again to show that we do not accept genocide and that we really do stand by the values of international humanitarian law.

Dr Mark Perlmutter describes finding ‘distinct signs of genocide’ in Gaza

“Genocide was the overwhelming impression that I got.”Orthopaedics surgeon Dr Mark Perlmutter described to Democracy Now on Thursday that he found “distinct ...

I can’t see anywhere where you have said it isn’t. 🤷

Are we being accused of stuff we haven't actually said.......again.

Arayofcalm · 24/05/2025 12:22

It's not bad taste, it is proof of Israel's genocidal actions that many posters are still in denial about.

A dead baby isn't proof of genocidal actions. Its proof of a dead baby. If my baby had died in this awful way the last thing id want is pictures all over the internet, and people arguing about what my dead baby means. Its absolutely fucking tasteless.
The poster has posted a dead baby to make a political point. To point score. She doesn't know the family or have their permission.
We all watch the news. We know children are dying. Posting a baby like this to score points is indefensible. I hope she takes it down.

Arayofcalm · 24/05/2025 12:30

That's your opinion and not necessarily the opinion shared by others. Why don't you go correct the poster who said Israel isn't bombing anyone in tents?

Arayofcalm · 24/05/2025 12:31

And no they shouldn't have to take it down just because it makes genocide deniers feel uncomfortable with what crimes they are defending.

Hang on so is killing babies and people in tents beyond the pale or is saying that it is happening and providing proof for people who disbelieve it beyond the pale?
What a moral maze ! Who can tell what is right or wrong anymore?!

Well I don’t know who you mean by ‘we’ but I can’t find any comment to the effect of ‘what is happening is wrong’ from some posters on here 🤷

What is happening is wrong.
Israeli hostages, dead & alive should not be in Gaza.
Hamas should not be in Gaza.
Israel forces should not be in Gaza.
Israel should not be at war with Gaza.
Hamas leaders should not be viewing Gazans as cannon fodder for martyrdom.
Iran should not be spreading it's own brand of theocratic Jew hate and funding terrorism.

Have you mentioned any of those? Or do you disagree that they are wrong.

I can think of many other 'wrong' things that you're tacitly accepting by not vociferously condemning them.

You are aware that more than one thing can be wrong at the same time?
And my point remains that posting a picture of a dead baby doesn't actually prove a single thing, other than that someone took a photo of a dead baby.
And furthermore, I haven't seen a single person assert that no babies are being killed. We all know babies are dying. And we all know its awful.
Posting a picture of someone's dead child to attempt to make a point that could be made with words is indefensible.
Hope this helps.

Israel should not need an iron dome to intercept rocket fire from Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen & Iran.
Israelis should not need public bomb shelters and safe rooms, I suspect after 7/10 they will be redesigned.

Have you specifically said this, if not, why not? Do you think it is right?

This thread is about children being slaughtered, enough with the derails. This is the rehtoric that is leading to and attempting to legitimise that

Israel is a nuclear power, not a defenceless victim.

Sooner or later Iran is going to become painfully aware of that.

You think Israel should use nuclear force!!!!

andtheworldrollson · 24/05/2025 13:13

taht wasn’t said

what was said was that was evidence that Isreal wasn’t a defenseless victim

I guess Isreal doesn’t want to contaminate the land they wish to occupy

Didn't say that at all did I. Just want to stop the focus of the thread shifting not sure why people don't want slaughtered children discussed

Just noticed the link I posted didn't work the rhetoric I was referring to was from government minister Moshe Feiglin

The enemy is not Hamas, nor is it the military wing of Hamas, Every child in Gaza is the enemy. We need to occupy Gaza and settle it, and not a single Gazan child will be left there. There is no other victory," he added.

Said on the floor of the Knesset. Chilling

There are 24 live hostages remaining. At least 4 times that number of Palestinians are being murdered or dying as a result of conditions inflicted by Israel every day. Yes, I think stopping the latter is more urgent. Only someone incapable of seeing Palestinian lives as having the same value as Israeli lives would think otherwise.

So you don't want the hostages returned. Israeli lives don't matter to you.
