This is so true .
I remeber when I saw the images of that mother holding to her babies while being pushed around by those monsters , her face was just pure horror , desperation and utter fear . I think any mother looking at that can only imagine how she felt . I cry every time I see that clip even now .
Just like you both I can’t comprehend how people support Hamas . I live in hope they will wake up .
yesterday I saw countless videos of Palestinian mothers happy those babies where killed and claiming victory , others openly defend jihadism , and wanting their own children to die as a martyrs .
Again as a mother I can’t comprehend this , my children are above anything , anyone , any god , any doctrine . I actually fear that more children are being raised this way , children as young as my own, I fear they will be my own children enemies in future . It’s sad but I don’t think many have any chance but to grow up to be terrorists like Hamas or worse .

I also read that Hamas had placed propaganda alongside the bodies in the coffins. Even in death these poor people cannot rest....

That is the sad thing. They will be. And there is nothing that could be done at this point to prevent that. There is no aid or support that could be given, that wasn't before 7th October.

Exactly this- and they certainly are not hiding it- it is in their own manifesto. They want a world wide caliphate and to kill all infidels - in other words anyone who is not made in their image. This is why i can't understand western idiots who support them. They want the destruction of our way of life- of tolerance, of democracy, of freedoms. These people are happy to walk like zombies towards their own destruction.

Its shocking isnt it? sheer bloodthirstiness. Nasty, nasty people.

This is what I really can’t understand, as mothers we are hard wired to protect babies - any babies. We would protect even the babies of our enemies. How can their hatred be so ingrained that it overtakes nature? I just don’t get it.

All people may be equal. But unfortunately not all people are equally as good as others.

Culture plays a huge part in social norms and what is considered moral and acceptable behaviour. We may think that because we naturally love and want to protect innocent children, even children not our own, that every human is the same.

I think it is very difficult for someone from the West to truly understand why such alien and abhorrent morals and actions are cheered on.

But they are ingrained and practically unchangeable.

I don’t understand it either.
There were so many smiling faces in that crowd, men, women, children.
If Hamas had somehow forced people to attend they’d surely look distraught rather than happy and relaxed?
