Israeli entry in Eurovision song contest is likely to be a song called 'October Rain' sung by trans-identifying 'Eden 'Golan'.

It won't be blocked if you're in the arena but it will be on tv-radio

Apparently today is the second day of the semi finals. The arena is quite empty because of a closure of the bridge because of a pro Palestinian protest

I am not surprised she needs extra security, the country she is representing is involved in a very controversial conflict so I hope she is protected and kept safe from any harm.

Israel shouldn’t be allowed in the competition end of, same for Australia etc. However in light of Israel’s current genocidal campaign they absolutely should be banned from this so called non-political competition. EV allowed Ukraine and now Israel therefore it IS political when it suits them.

I do watch it. It's our guilty pleasure. Theres only been one semi final so far and I didn't hear any booing but as I said, the pp who posted it was maybe in the arena

I think the reference may have been to their rather excellent but also quite political song that was allowed in. Eurovision isn't apolitical. It never has been.

It's the dress rehearsal for the second semi-final, so people go and watch those in the venue.

Booing gets cut out of broadcasts, but people in the venue would still hear it.
