I just saw footage of a family who were ordered to leave (I don't think the term evacuate is suitable for what's happening in Gaza) on Tuesday. A disabled man being pushed in a wheelchair by a young person who's struggling and a young girl hysterically crying and walking alongside.

I only could bear it for about 3 or 4 seconds. My heart is breaking. I'm not sure why this video has bothered me so much when I'm sure I see equally tragic ones every day but I'm so upset.

I heard on the news that the bombardment is severe in Gaza today and I'm devastated for them.

Not sure why I'm posting I just feel so helpless and sad.

@ConnieCounter I saw that too. I think it had such an impact because for me it just caught the raw emotion and struggle. Being bombed and constantly moving from place to place.
The roads are uneven and filled with rubble making even a journey of a few minutes extremely difficult when trying to push a wheelchair.
The poor child whose childhood innocence has been robbed away from him and the despair of the young girl who you can see is broken. How much more must they endure

There are 2 ships involved
borkum who the government was meant to arrive today and had all in place. Strangely the vessel has decided to turn around and not stop in Spain. Strange if you weren’t going to Israel and all was ok in place.
